1 Joints in brickwork and block work are raked
properly.
2 Formwork tie rod holes plugging shall be done as

external plaster.

4 Honeycombing, Bug holes (if any) etc. … shall be


rectified

A Pre Plaster Checks:


1 Surface dressing, if required, done with respect to Nil
line & plumb.
2 Holes of plumbing / soil line in duct checked with Nil
line from outside.
3 Hacking of concrete surface / application of
bonding agent e.g. hack-aid plast done. Nil 4
Wetting of surfaces to be plastered 48 hours Nil
before plaster.

4 Nails, binding wire & tie rods etc. removed from


concrete surface and treated as specified. Nil

5 Water proofing work to all the offset, cornices,


chajjas completed before external plastering. Nil

6 All joints between masonry & RCC should be filled Nil


with rich mortar & treated with non shrink mortar
e.g. CNS- 50

7 Application of fibre mesh on RCC-Masonry joints


(horizantal as well as vertical) done. Nil

8 Level pad (Thiyas) taken @ 6' c/c on surface one Nil

9 Block masonry should be saturated thoroughly on Nil

4 Thickness of plaster maintained as per 10-12mm/
specification in two coats. 10-8mm
