combines the convenience of online study with the hands-on experience of
offline practical sessions. Students engage with course materials online, while
practical components are conducted offline through boot camps in your school's
computer lab and after that Live classes will also conduct for skill as well as
personal development.
2. Webinars from Top Multinational Company Employees, Alumni, and Industry
Professionals: To enrich student's understanding of real-world applications and
industry insights, we organize webinars featuring guest speakers from
renowned multinational companies, esteemed alumni, and top industry
professionals. These sessions provide valuable perspectives and networking

1. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): We request the implementation of a Non-
Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information,
particularly regarding the pricing of the courses provided. This agreement will
safeguard against unauthorized disclosure of course fees, ensuring that
competitive pricing strategies remain confidential and protected within the
school's internal framework. By upholding the principles of confidentiality outlined
in the NDA, we can maintain the integrity of our pricing structure and preserve a
competitive advantage within the educational landscape.
2. Data Safety: Skillship acknowledges the responsibility to handle students'
academic performance data with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance
with all relevant data protection laws and regulations. Skillship will use this data
solely for the purpose of monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the
educational programs provided to the school. Additionally, Skillship reserves the
right to request permission for the use of students' academic performance data for
targeted advertising purposes within the confines of applicable laws and
regulations. Any such advertising endeavors will prioritize the privacy and best
interests of the students, and explicit consent will be sought from relevant parties
before proceeding with any promotional activities involving student data.
3. Use of Computer Lab: Skillship will utilize the school's computer lab facilities
during the boot camp sessions conducted on the premises. This includes access to
computers, software, and other necessary equipment housed within the school's
computer lab. Skillship will ensure that all equipment is used responsibly and
maintained in good condition throughout the duration of the boot camp.
Additionally, Skillship agrees to adhere to any rules or guidelines established by
the school regarding the use of the computer lab and to respect the school's
policies regarding security and usage of their facilities.
4. School can ask for: In accordance with the terms of our partnership, the school
retains the right to request academic results and attendance records of students
participating in Skillship programs. Skillship will promptly provide the requested
information to the school upon their request, ensuring transparency and
cooperation. Furthermore, the school is granted permission to observe live classes
conducted by Skillship. This access allows school representatives to monitor the
delivery of content, assess student engagement, and ensure alignment with
educational objectives.
Through these initiatives, we aim to provide a comprehensive educational
experience that equips students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to
thrive in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
