Store Period Performance

When finalizing a billing period, the amounts billed (This Period amounts) must be "rolled" or moved to the Previously Billed categories to clear them for the new billing period. In Excel, this involves adding the This Period amounts to the Previous Application column. In P6, it involves copying the project file, renaming it, and using the Store Period Performance tool to move the This Period actual costs and units to the stored performance categories before inputting new This Period amounts.
