Objective
Chasing Snow Leopard is an expedition that helps grow the mental and physical strengths by pushing
the participants to their ultimate limits by countless challenges to test the leopard inside them. They
shall lead their peers in unexpected situations, learn essential leadership skills, and learn teamwork
and hands-on problem solving. Their mettle is tested and the leopard spirit of self-belief, resilience,
adaptability, awareness is inculcated through experiential learning and crises management.

CSL at a glance
Chasing snow leopard is an experiential-learning based expedition that takes the highly motivated
and the strongest leaders from all over Pakistan and from all walks of life and takes them to the limits
of their physical and emotional strengths, and beyond. Here is what to expect in the expedition:

• Trailblazing

There are countless moments in life when a person ventures into a path previously unexplored, seas
that are previously unventured, lands previously uncharted. Youth Impact acknowledges that the
most important skill to learn is the confidence to make a new path through dense snow for others to
follow. The participants will be guided to develop self-belief and confidence that they’re able to chart
a new path for themselves and others to follow.

• Experiential Leadership

Through extensive research and proven techniques, it has come to the notice that life is the best
teacher and the best way to learn is through one’s own experiences – by succeeding and by failing.
CSL puts the participants in the wild and through challenging tasks and changing circumstances,
makes them develop the spirit of a chasing snow leopard within themselves.

• Meditations in the Nature

Living through the cluttered city life, one often forgets the beauty and the calming peace that nature
provides. Through Chasing Snow Leopard, participants undergo a detox from the hustle of the
common life, embracing the nature around them and connecting physically and emotionally with the
other people with them. Their mobile phones are taken from them on the first day, and by the last
day, all their instincts to be on their phone is lost and a healthy lifestyle is ingrained in them.
• Learning from the best

Our world-class trainers make sure that all the leadership qualities are instilled in the participants
following a 4-7-1 leadership framework – 4 leadership roles, 7 leadership competencies and 1
signature style of every individual leader. The participants are trained in the world’s biggest and
oldest classroom: nature itself, with snow and mountains as far as the eyes can see.

• Snow Games!

Learning is often exhausting and intense training of CSL is well complimented by a fun set of snow
games carefully crafted by our team so that the participants learn with a sense of fun and remember
these days for the rest of their lives!
