1. What is the command in the menu bar to change text to Title Case?

➔ The selected text may be changed to either UPPERCASE, lowercase, title case, or
toggle case.

Highlight the text. Pick the Format option on the menu.

Select the Change Case option. You'll get the dialog box shown below
Pick UPPERCASE from the options list to move the lower case to the upper case.

2. Explain the steps in inserting a symbol.

➔ Click the Insert top menu or Insert tab option. In the Insert menu, pick the Symbol option or
press the Symbol option on the Insert page. In the symbol list, pick the letter with the accent
mark you want to use and press the Insert button.

3. What is a font face? Mention any two font families

➔ Via the font-family property, you can define a family for your font. A font family is often
widely referred to as a "face" (in HTML at least). It is what most individuals refer to as the
"name" of the font, including Times New Roman, or Arial, or Verdana. Many individuals still
question why this property is called the family of fonts. Well, it's kind of technical, so I'm
going to try to simplify it. I have, for example, two fonts on my system, 'Verdana' and
'Verdana Bold.' These are both two distinct and separate fonts. They are stored as two distinct
files on my computer. While the "names" of each of these fonts are different ("Verdana" and
"Verdana Bold"), the same font "family" is shared. Both belong to the tribe of the 'Verdana.'

4. How do you set line spacing in a paragraph?

➔ In a portion of the text, adjust the line spacing

• To update, pick one or more paragraphs.


• Go to Home > Spacing of Line and Paragraph.
• Select Line Spacing Options, and in the Line Spacing box, select an option.
• To alter the spacing between paragraphs, modify the before and after settings.
• Click OK.

Cut the text picked (CTRL+X).

is AutoCorrect. This function automatically corrects misspellings and popular forms, as the
