Abstract for this package installation.

While Installing, Select option ’Individual installation’


When Prompted, enter the following details for serial key and server address:
License Key -9710 0109 7897 5887 HFB2 HFBK
During First installation:
Server Port info - [email protected]
or use 25734@WIN-UTNV8H89NIL
In order to change the Server IP address, open SolidWorks SolidNetwork
License Manager. Click on the Server List Tab and press Add...

SOLIDWORKS INSTALLATION PROCESS

STEP 1: Browse for SOLIDWORKS setup and Right-click setup.exe file and Run
the file as Administrator.

STEP 2: SOLIDWORKS Installation manager will open. Click ok, if Windows


Reboot dialog box appears.
STEP 3: Select install on this computer and click Next

STEP 4: Enter your SOLIDWORKS Serial number, you don’t have to select other
products.
Select Next to continue and SOLIDWORKS will connect to the online installation
server and determine which products you have purchased based on the entered
serial number.
STEP 5: Select Change next to Products to view the applications that are going
to be installed along with their file size.
Select Back to Summary to go back.

STEP 6: Select Change next to the Download Options


Un-Tick Use the background downloader for future service packs, Keep the
other options as default. And Select Back to Summary to go back.
STEP 7: Select Change next to Toolbox/Hole Wizard Options
Enter a new location if required. By default, it will install to C:/SOLIDWORKS
data. Select Back to Summary to go back.
STEP 8: Make sure you check the I accept the terms of the SOLIDWORKS license
agreement option
Select the Download and install option to run the installation

STEP 9: You’ll be asked to point to the server running the SolidNetWork License
Manager. Enter the port@servername. The default port was 25734 so it would
be 25734@yourservername. Select Ok
Installation will begin.
STEP 10: When the installation is completed, What’s New in SOLIDWORKS pdf
will be shown and you can download for your reference.
Select No thank you or Remind me later
Then pick Finish and you’ll find the SOLIDWORKS application icon on your
desktop and under the Start menu.
