ABSTRACT
This system will help to find tuition teachers from nearby locations. Teachers can also get
student just by logging into the website and setting up the profile. In this system there are two
entities namely, Parents or students and Tutor. Teachers can login; manage the adding
information and updating their profiles. Tutor can also check for the registered parents.
Parents/Students can register and login; tutors can be viewed by parents. Parents can filter and
select the tutor. They need to set their profile. This system can help the tutors to get students and
parents to find the best tutors for their children’s.

The Online Tutor Finder System is a comprehensive platform designed to connect students
with qualified tutors for personalized learning experiences. Through this system, students can
search for tutors based on subject expertise and access educational resources. Tutors can
showcase their skills, set their profiles, and interact with students to provide effective tutors.
This project aims to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of tutoring services by
leveraging technology to facilitate seamless connections between students and tutors.

Tutor Finder Systems in society primarily rely on word-of-mouth referrals, local tutoring
centers, and advertising through community channels. Parents and students often seek
recommendations from friends, family, or educational institutions, and may also find tutors
through local advertisements, community boards, or educational events. Some schools or
community groups maintain lists of recommended tutors, while direct contact and interviews
help assess tutor suitability. Payments are typically arranged directly, and feedback is shared
informally or through personal recommendations. However, the accessibility and effectiveness of
offline systems vary widely based on location, resources, and cultural practices.
An online tutor finder system is a platform designed to connect students with tutors based on
their specific needs and preferences. The system typically includes features such as profile
creation for tutors and students, search and filter options to find suitable matches tutors, and
review systems to ensure quality. The proposed system would streamline the process of
finding and hiring tutors, making it more efficient and convenient for both parties involved.

Reduce time & cost: Streamline the process of finding and connecting with
tuitions/tutors to save time and potentially reduce costs associated with traditional search
methods.
Search According their Skill: Implement a search feature that enables users to filter
tuitions/tutors based on specific skills, subjects, teaching methods, or expertise levels.
Make standard profile: Develop standardized profiles for tuitions and tutors, including
essential information such as qualifications, experience, teaching style, availability, rates,
reviews, and ratings.

The software design phase is the first step in SDLC (Software Design Life
Cycle), which moves the concentration from the problem domain to the solution
domain. In software design, we consider the system to be a set of components or
modules with clearly defined behaviors & boundaries.

In our system, tutors can register or login. They can create their tutor profiles and update them as
needed. Parents and students who want to find a tutor can register or log in to the system. They
can also search for tutors without logging in. After logging in, students and parents can post their
tutor requirements based on their needs. Tutors can apply to these posts if they meet the
requirements. Students and parents will be notified about the applications. They can then hire the
tutor who best suits their needs.

Tutors can manage their profiles, update contact information, and view their
tutoring history on the platform.

Registered Parents/Students can log in securely to their accounts to utilize the

Search City:
Parents/Students can narrow down tutor searches based on city or area
preferences for more efficient results.
