PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSIGNMENT

Campaign Standing together to Curb Bullying

Together with the Ministry of Education Malaysia, Youth Reporters Rage, NGO Women & Girls
and UNICEF sought to counter bullying with kindness. Under the hashtag #Standtogether, the
message was for all people to stand together and come up with ideas to express kindness.
Instead of punishing the bully, it is time to reward the kind.

The following is a draft for the Project Manager to conduct Launching of Campaign Standing
together to Curb Bullying which will be held at Putrajaya, Malaysia. You have been assigned as
the project manager to organize the project along with a few ad-hoc team members. Below are
the tasks that need to be done in ensuring success of the project.

Notes:

1. All tasks are finish to start dependencies.

2. Add meeting weekly on every Monday.

3. Create 5 member’s name including your name for this project and assign resources to
each task. Make sure the resources appear on the Gantt Chart.

4. Create Project Summary Task and state the project name as ‘#Standtogether Campaign’.

5. Preview the Gantt Chart view, and then use the Page Setup dialog box to add your name
to the left portion of the Header and type #Standtogether Campaign at the right portion of
the Header. Add page number to the center of Footer and current date at the right Footer.

6. Print screen your work in Microsoft Word. Save as Your Name_Assignment PM.

7. Submission is through Google Classroom on Week 8.
