2.3. VERIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH URBAN AND BUILDING
PARAMETERS:

Having verified the parameters indicated in the Certificate of Urban and Building
Parameters No. 052-2019-MPHCO-GDLOT/SGCUC/OT, the property located on Av.
Alameda de la República No. 571, fails to comply with the following parameters:

the Central Commercial Zoning (ZCC) and is compatible with the High Density Residential
Zone (RDA) where the commercial area must be no less than 40% of the built area, without
