Weekly Reading Log

Directions: Part of your daily work is to read for 20 minutes. Complete


TWO of the activities listed below per week (all due on Friday) and you may complete
only one per day. Remember to record which activity you completed each day in your
agenda. Each activity should be dated and completed in your reading log folder. Please
