Industries in the Philippines and Create your own Construction Company

Learning Outcomes:
1. Discuss the current update of the construction companies in the Philippines and the
importance of the Construction Industries.
2. Create your own Construction Company, Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objective.
3. Create your own Organizational structure
4. Explain the purpose of Organization Structure give example
5. Discuss the qualifications of Construction Project Managers.
6. Gender awareness in the Construction Industries.

Instructions:
• Conduct a research regarding the 2024 update of the construction industry in the
Philippines.
• Top 5 famous constructing companies in the Philippines at present. Why you consider
them famous. Site their performance.
• Interview any construction company or Engineers who are engage in construction
business. See the guided questions below. You can add more questions.
• Prepare a ppt presentation to be submitted and presented on March 15, 2024. You may
add some features like photos to emphasize the meaning. So that you can give more
attraction to the viewers. Write the source below the photos/video clip if it is taken from
the internet.
• Submit a written report following the thesis format. Do not forget the references. Print
also the Rubric on page 3 and be included in your written report to be submitted on or
before March 15, 2024.
• Each group will rate/ judge using the criteria on the scoring rubric on page 2.
• The softcopy will be uploaded on our GDrive suggested file name: Group No___CENG
115_Lab-Ex-1_2ndSemAY23-24 on or before March 14, 2024 both the presentation and
written report.
• You are CEIT students, therefore be reative, nergetic, nnovative, ime.
