In accordance with section 40B(3) of the Workplace Safety and Health
Act 2006, the Workplace Safety and Health Council hereby notifies that the Council
has approved the Codes of Practice set out in the Schedule, with effect from
27 November 2023.
2. The approved Codes of Practice may be inspected at the place and time
and on such days as follows:
