70% Balance in Form of Jewelries, upon execution of Deed of Absolute Sale;

As intermediary to consummate sale, Sun Gold Realty Development shall handle
documentation and/or facilitation of transaction and corresponding Sale Expenses in
cooperation with the duly authorized representative/s of Buyer.
