Objectives
The purpose of this assignment is to develop learners’ understanding of the key features of
Human Resource Management in today’s workplace and allow students to get a real-life picture
of Human Resource practices in action, develop interview skills and work effectively in a group.
Your task:
Working in groups, select one Job Position from one organization/business in which you
have BROAD ACCESS. The organization or business you select can be any company or
nature in any industry.
