1.踩下踏板,馬達平順的運轉幾針後停下,顯示屏E7!
After toeing down the pedal, the motor runs smoothly for few stitches and
stops, showing E7 in the display panel.

原因：
確定位器連接器PIN是否插歪?更換另一個定位器確認
Reasons:
Check if the connector PIN of synchronizer is properly inserted. Replace the
synchronizer for verification.

用氣槍清潔定位器基板,確保沒有綿絮或灰塵卡在光敏元件
Clean the synchronizer with compressor gun, ensuring that there is no cotton
fiber/ dust on the photo sensor.

確認定位器反光片是否與元件磨損?
Check if there is any abrasion on the photo disc caused by rubbing against
other components on synchronizer?

確認定位參數P8 是否調整錯誤?或是直接參數重置
Check if the parameter no.P8 for calibrating position is properly set? Or reset
the parameters directly.

2.踩下踏板,電動機根本無法運轉,然後顯示屏E7!

確檢知板連接器PIN是否插歪?更換另一個檢知板確認

Check if the connector PIN of encoder board is properly inserted. Replace the
encoder board for verification.

主基板上的IPM1,OI3~OI8,等元件故障?更換主基板確認
Components IPM1, OI3~OI8 ,etc on the main board are defective. Replace the
main board for verification.

是否車頭碼設定錯誤?造成馬達驅動不順?
Check if the machine code is set wrongly, causing the motor not to be driven
smoothly.
4.縫製較厚的織物時,針不能貫穿而停止,顯示屏E7!
When sewing thicker textile, needle can not go though and operation stops, E7
shown in the display panel.
