Science is my favorite subject and I have interest in life science and due to which I have been a science
student throughout my academics. I have studied biochemistry and biotechnology in my bachelor
degree program and this subject of Science is also closely related to Forensic Science. Forensic science
also involves applying chemistry to investigate crime and finding solutions and excluding the ballistics in
which physics is applied to solve crimes. Helping and serving humanity is also my passion and I wish I can
choose a career that can help me ease the suffering of victims. I believe Forensic science is the right
career for me.
I was also fascinated by TV shows like CID which mainly focused on crime investigation. I also have
similar interests and even real life crime cases. So, this is a field in which I can not only investigate crimes
but also finding solutions. Some factors such as psychological, genetic and social factors are involved
while doing a crime. I am also interested in understanding how human body works and what is the
human psyche. So I believe I have the potential to study Forensic Science so I want to undertake the
formal study of Forensic Science.
My name is Zubair Khalid and I am a resident of Gujranwala. I did matric in 2013, Intermediate in 2015
and bachelors in 2019. I studied that subjects of Biochemistry and Biotechnology in Bachelors and now I
am working in …………. Company as a ……… I started my job in the year….. and still doing it. Now I want to
study further and improve my educational level. So, I have decided to study Msc Forensic Science.
I am choosing this field because this field interests me and this field of science is about applying the
natural sciences to matters of the law. This course of forensic science includes the study of different
subjects that also links with law enforcement and the legal system.
My proposed course of Master of Forensic Science (MS-FOS) degree program has an eclectic curriculum
that provides training and skills to those who want to become scientists, administrators, laboratory
directors, professionals, and educators in different forensic science sub-specialties. The program
combines hard sciences, including physics, chemistry (organic, Physical, and analytical) and biology
( including molecular biology). I will have the options to specialize in criminalistics, molecular biology, or
forensic toxicology. I will learn about law and legal issues, ethics, and statistics.
I enjoy studying science subjects and by studying Forensic science, I will have a sense of fulfillment that I
will not only help others, but I will have a career which I really aspire.
