Main Features:
Sterilization insulation cooling tunnel is an especially designed pasteurization device for dairy, fruit juice, beverages, beer,
food and medicinal products, to be used after products have been filled or packaged into containers. This is the ideal device for
materials to undergo sterilization, heat preservation and cooling for extending the product’s shelf life.
It is especially necessary as an automated production line’s secondary sterilization equipment. It can, per the client’s
requirements for different products, heat, sterilize, preserve the temperature or cool products, per different process
requirements. It can also undertake different process designs, satisfy process requirements and, per client requirements,
configure the corresponding high precision automated control system.
Performance Characteristics:
1) The devices whole frame is made from stainless steel, the whole structure is well knit and compact, with a beautiful and
hygienic outer-appearance.
2) With a high-quality plastic net belt chain plate, it can continue to work for long periods of time in temperatures under
100℃.
3) With a solid, conical, wide-edged nozzle, the flow distribution is uniform and stable, and the temperature is constant.
4) Comprehensive use of various energy and heat recovery technologies leads to an energy efficient and environmentally
friendly device.
5) Temperature sensor Pt100, high measurement accuracy, up to ±0.5℃
6) Multi-process combination, reasonable process, can handle a variety of materials.
7) The sterilization temperature is controlled by PLC touch screen produced by Siemens of Germany.
8) The total amount of processing time can be controlled and varied, and can be adjusted according to the production process.
9) In regards to packaging material for non-circular PP bottles, plastic bags, cartons, glass bottles, cans and other products, the
machine is equipped with automatic feeding and unloading mechanism, and the connection with automatic conveyor
production line is smooth; The whole line is smoother.
10) It can provide clients with a heat distribution testing service, using an expertly designed system to monitor online
temperature change during the whole production process.

3. After-Sales Service
1. Quality Warranty. 15 months. During the 15 months’ maintenance period, for the problem that caused by our design,
manufacture and the material quality, we are responsible for offering the relevant parts and effective services for free for above
reason. We will offer a widely and favorable technical support, after-sales service all the time after guarantee period.
2. Installation. After the Equipments arrived at the customer’s site, our technician will install and test the machines, to
make sure all the Equipments can run properly. The buyer pays for travel expenses, such as visa fee, round trip tickets, ground
transportation, meals, hotels and any other expenses related to installation and training at customers’ facility. The allowance of
200USD per day per person will be paid by buyer on customer's side.
Besides, the buyer can send staff to our company for learning.

3. Training. The training content includes the structure and maintenance of the equipment, control and operation of the
equipment. Through training, users' technical staff can grasp and the skill of operation and maintenance proficiently, and deal
with the general troubles in time. We will appoint qualified technical staff for the guidance.
