• Import Container Facilitation & Admin Charge: The amount levied towards preparation and
issuance of delivery order for release of cargo.

• Container Maintenance Charges: The amount levied towards maintenance of containers to make
them seaworthy and sustainable. The following are the benefits covered in lieu of these charges.

(a) Ceiling limit of INR 25000/- towards damages incurred to all types of containers (other
than Reefer container). Any damage incurred above this ceiling limit would be payable as
per actuals.

(b) Ceiling limit of INR 15000/- towards damage incurred to the Reefer Container. Any
damage incurred above this ceiling limit would be payable as per actuals.

(c) No insurance policy is required for containers.

(d) Facility of yearly factory destuffing bond is required.

 • Toll Charges: The amount is levied towards facilitating smooth traffic flow in Nhava Sheva ports
and port area roads, decided by Government and NHAI (National Highways Authority of India on
all containers going in and out of all Gate Complexes.

• Mandatory User Charges (MUC): The Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT), authorized by the Tariff
Authority at Major Ports (TAMP), is collecting a charge for all containers entering and exiting the
terminals of JNPT for the Logistics Data Bank (LDB) Project. This is an LDB provision of service to
track the containers on near real-time basis while being transported through railways and trucks
on major highways.

• Lift on Lift Off (LOLO) Charges: The amount is levied by the terminal for DPD + Preferred CFS. In
case it is a local movement to third party CFS, then also it shall be applicable.

• All charges mentioned shall incur GST @ 18%.

• All amounts mentioned are in Indian Rupee (INR)

• Charges and amounts are subject to amendments at any time.
