With reference to the subject cited above and in response to your letter under reference, the
undersign hereby approves the appointrnent of Insignia Infratech as Proof Consultant for the

above-mentioned work with Shri. Satish Kumar Venna, Shri. Yash Pandey, Smti. Bhawna Sharrna,
Shri. Anand Raghuwanshi, Shri. Rahul KaLrrav, Smti. Mriganka Coswami, Shri. Sonveer Singh,
Shri Prayag Jyoti Bora, Shri. Prashant Yadav and Shri Suresh Kumar Prajapat as Key Personnels as

perClause 10.1.5 of Anicle l0 of E.P.C agreement. Insignia Infratech and the Key Personnel shall
have to furnish an Affidavit regarding the authenticity of the C.V of the Key Personnel at the time of
appointment by the Contractor.
