ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR DEGREE / DIPLOMA COURSES & GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. MBBS from any of the recognized University as mentioned in schedule I & II of Pakistan Medical & Dental Council Act.
2. Valid Registration with PM&DC as Medical Practitioner.
3. One Year Resident House Job in PM&DC recognized institute.
4. Foreign Graduate will have to produce Equivalent Certificate of their Degree from PM&DC.
5. For MSPH course / programme:
a). MBBS / BDS with one-year Resident House job in a PM&DC recognized teaching institution and valid registration with PM&DC as Medical / Dental Practitioner.
b). BSPH/ (4 years’ graduation) from Recognized Higher Education Commission Institution with Internship Certificate in any.
c). Bsc. Nursing graduates registered with Pakistan Nursing Council.
6. One candidate can not apply for more than one Degree or Diploma Course of two different Disciplines at the same time.
7. One candidate can apply for both the Degree and Diploma Course in the same specialty.
8. A separate Application Form to be submitted for each course or training program.
9. In-service Candidates will have to obtain No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Employer while applying for in Postgraduate Course however they can send / submit
advance copy along with relevant Documents.
10. The Prospectus with application Form for all Announced MD / MS / FCPS-II & All Diplomas / MCPS & MSPH Courses can be obtained from office the Director Postgraduate
Medical Centre, PUMHSW Nawabshah SBA, on payment of nonrefundable fee; through Bank Challan slip to be paid in HBL PMC Branch Nawabshah (SBA) and to be
submitted at the Office of Director Postgraduate Medical Center PUMHSW Nawabshah SBA, reflected in schedule of fees.
11. Application Form can also be downloaded from www.pumhs.edu.pk and to be submitted duly filled-in; through courier services at the Office of the Director Postgraduate
Medical Center PUMHSW Nawabshah SBA along with all required Documents (Note: All Documents must be attested) and supported with Bank Chalan / Demand Draft of
amount, reflected in schedule of fees in favor of Account Title “Postgraduate Education Committee”, PUMHSW Nawabshah SBA.
12. No separate call letters shall be issued for Entry test / Interviews / Selection OR Admission Letter; therefore, all candidates are advised to note the given Examination
13. Schedule, it is mandatory to appear in interview and qualify that for eligibility of Selection.
14. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates.
15. PGMC, PUMHSW, however reserves the right of Postponement of any date due to any unforeseen circumstances.
16. The University reserves the right to change the Rules & Regulations for Postgraduate Studies from time to time.

TUITION FEE SCHEDULE FOR PAKISTANI / OVERSEAS CANDIDATES:
➢ Degree Courses (M.D / M.S) Rs: 50,000/- Per Year
➢ FCPS-II Course Rs: 10,000/- Per Year
➢ Second Fellowship in Pain Medicine Rs. 30,000/= Per Year
➢ All Diplomas / MCPS & MSPH Courses Rs: 25,000 /- Per Year
➢ For Self-Finance Candidates (Diploma Courses only) Rs. 100,000/- Per Year
➢ Fee for MS / MD for Overseas Candidates 5,000/- $ (Dollars) Per Year
➢ Fee for All Diplomas / MCPS & MSPH for Overseas Candidates 25,00/- $ (Dollars) Per Year
➢ Miscellaneous fee for one time only for:
I). All Workshops Fee Rs. 48000/-, II). Identity Card Rs. 300/- II) Enrollment Fees Rs. 500/-, III). Registration Fees Rs. 700/-, IV). Training Certificate Rs. 350/-,
V) Logbook Fees Rs. 1000/-, VI) Synopsis Fees Rs. 1500/-, VII) Thesis / Dissertation Fees Rs. 21,000/-, VIII) Library Registration Fees Rs. 1000/-only (one time),
IX) Library yearly Fees Rs. 12,000/- (per year).

A). All candidates who appeared in (all Diploma / MCPS / MSPH Entry Test only) are entitled to appear in Interview on venue and date mentioned
in schedule for Admissions.
B). Candidates for MD / MS will have to appear and qualify both Paper - I & Paper – II for eligibility to appear in interview.
C). The candidate declared successful in MS / MD Part – I Examination and FCPS Entry Test are eligible to appear in Interview on venue and date
mentioned in schedule for admissions as under:
