1. To Build Plan and implement the Overall Marketing Strategy across Different Platforms
Standards.
2. Budget Management: Prepare and Manage Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Budgets for the
Digital Marketing Department, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to achieve
marketing goals. Allocate Specific Budgets to Each Marketing Role and Divide The
Marketing Campaigns Over A Period Of Time And Among The Marketing Team
3. Plan & Implement Digital Marketing Activities across a Broad Range of Digital Marketing
Channels (SEO, Web, Social Media, Real Estate Portals, Email, Mobile, Display, Etc.) To
Increase Company And Brand Awareness.
4. Social media management: Manage the company's social media accounts, creating and
publishing engaging content, engaging with followers, and running social media advertising
campaigns to reach the target audience effectively.
5. SEO and SEM: Implement and manage SEO and SEM campaigns to improve search engine
rankings, drive organic and paid traffic to the company's website, and increase leads and
conversions.
6. Content creation: Create high-quality, informative, and engaging content for the company's
website, blog, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
7. Website management: Ensure that the company's website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and
optimized for search engines and user experience.
8. Email marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to promote the company's
open plot projects, generate leads, and nurture customer relationships.
9. Collection and Interpretation of Data from Various Marketing Campaigns and Analysis of
that Data.
10. Identification of Trends and Communication of These Trend Insights to the Respective
Groups.
11. Set Up Conversion And Event Tracking On The Website And Across Various Digital
Platforms.
12. Planning, Executing And Measuring The Conversion Rates From Digital Marketing
Campaigns
13. Identifying Crucial Customer Conversion Points And Drop Off Points That Maximizes User
Funnels
14. Being Up To Date With Emerging Technologies And Use Of Them To Maximize Output
15. Periodic Measurement of Digital Marketing Campaign Performance and Evaluation of the

1. Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies in the real estate domain
2. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition
ventures.
3. Write and Strategize content copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press
releases, website material etc.).
4. Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, Print, BTL, TV
etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
5. Creating Content and Social Media Strategy for Organic growth on social media.
Proofreading and editing content.
6. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in
promotional activities.
7. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
8. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
9. Monitor performance of agencies against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & evaluate after
post every event.
10. Strong in Advertising, PR, understand designing & outdoor advertising, branding & retail
promotions, corporate Communications, Digital, events; good presentation &
communication skills.
11. Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
12. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation,
content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead
generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
13. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts
our target groups.
14. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate
funds wisely
15. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and
case studies
16. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess
against goals
17. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

46. Co-ordinating the launch programme to external customers as well as employees
47. Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots
48. Overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct
mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with art
designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers
49. Liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring the designs and messages meet the
company brand and regulatory guidelines
50. Looking at the pricing of products and analysing the potential profitability
51. Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
52. Provided effective assistance to the team of digital campaign managers and optimized
search engine usage to increase customer leads

1. To check & verify the bills of media, check as per budget allocated.
2. To coordinate with agency & media for release of advertisements and payments.

4. To check media Account records on weekly basis and submit to Purchase department
5. To check the impact of last week activity on the web media.
6. Check the impact of article on blog & media.

Pay Scale:
35000/- to 60000/-
