HSE WALKABOUT REPORT

PROJECT : ZEDP – Hook Up & Commissioning

1.0 INTRODUCTION

1.1 Purposes

The purpose of this walkabout inspection was to identify possible hazards located
in various areas of the site, determine level of risk and to notify the site project
management team in determining suitable control measures following the hierarchy
of control. All the details of report stated will be brought to the PMT in order to take
suitable action so that all the identified hazards shall be eliminated or reduced. The
related breach of law and other requirements, company’s procedures and
recommendation is highlighted here.

1.2 Scope

This inspection report and recommendation applies to all current and future
activities, products and services of the site.
