Seminar/Workshop

Seminar/Workshop are conducted on a regular basis where students get an


opportunity to interact with professionals from the industry and get updated on
the latest best practices.

Outdoor Catering (ODC)

To encourage and prepare students to become an independent professionally


and financially. They are encouraged to volunteer for outdoor catering
activities. This empowers them to have a bit of financial independence and be in
a bit of financial independence and be in real time scenarios of food and
beverage management

Industrial Visit

The department plans and exposes students to various hotels and departments in
the hotels frequently. This helps the students to understand hotels infrastructure
and facility planning.
