Daqin Film Cutter Master

一. 软件的安装

Softare Installation
1. 硬件环境：64M 内存，硬盘至少有 10M 空间。
Hardware Configuration: RAM more than 64M, Hard Disk at least 10M
2. 软件环境：WINDOWS 95/98/ME/2000/XP/7 系统
Software Environment: WINDOWS 95/98/ME/2000/XP/7
3. 首先将加密狗插在电脑主机上（注意在关闭情况下插拔，以免损坏）
Firstly, plug the dongle into the computer mainframe (Make sure the
computer is turned off when plug, in order to avoid damage the dongle. )

4. 其次点击 此图标准备安装此软件，点击 English，点击下一步

Secondly, Click this icon to prepare software installation.

Click English, then click “next”.

最后点击开始就 OK 了。
At last, click “Next”.

6. 加密狗驱动安装,插入加密狗，会自动安装驱动，电脑右下角有提示且点
击
Dongle Drive installation. Plug in the dongle, and then it will be installed
 automatically. A prompt will appear at the lower right corner, click it.

7.

这样驱动就装好了。
Dongle Drive installation is completed.

二. 软件的介绍

Software Introduction

1.插上加密狗点击桌面此图标 软件，双击打开

Plug in the dongle, and then click this icon on desktop ,

double-click to open it.
2.工具栏介绍
Toolbar Introduction
 缩小显示 Zoom out 全页显示 Full-page display 撤销 Undo 输出到机
器 Output to the machine 水平镜像翻转 Horizonta l mirror inversion
逆时针旋转 Turn anticlockwise 旋转角度 Rotation angle

放大显示 Zoom in 百分百比例 100% scale 当前比例 Current scale 重做

Redo 停止 Stop 垂直镜像翻转 Vertical mirror inversion 顺时针旋转 Turn
clockwise 纸张大小 Paper size

3.软件界面（如下图）
Software Interface(as shown below)

鼠标双击手机型号，图形就会出现在绘图区。在绘图区选择手机屏保图案，
按键盘上删除键“Delete”，就可以把图案从绘图区删除掉。
Double-click the “cellphone model”, and then the image will appear on the
plotting area. Choose the cellphone screensaver, and then click”Delete” so
that the picture can be remove from the plotting area.

三. 软件的升级

Software Upgrading
点击软件“管理”按钮
Click the button of “Edit”
随后点击“本地升级”按钮，找到我们的数据升级包。以“CS“后缀的文件
 即可。
Then click the button of “LocalUpdate”, find the upgrade data package.
The file with suffix of “CS” is OK.

四. 设备试切过程

Trail cut process of the equipment

注意：试切时，请确认屏保裁切机，循环水、地线、电源开关、主板开关、激
光开关是否为正常且打开状态（如不正常，请参照“大秦屏保自动裁切
机说明与保养”中设备安装说明）
NOTE: Please make sure the engraving machine, recycle water, ground wire,
power switch, motherboard switch, laser switch are all normal and in
open state.(If not normal, please refer to the equipment installation
instruction of the “ Instructions and maintenance of the Daqin Automatic
Screen Protector Cutting System ” )
1. 页面设置。
Page Setup

如上图中红色箭头指示，选中“A4-横向-297*210mm”
Check the item of the red arrow indicates. Selected
“A4-Horisontal-297*210mm”
2. 选择“参数设置”“绘图工具栏”。
Select the “View” and “DrawTools”.

3. 选择随意图案，在绘图区画个小型图案（此图案为试切图案，最好选择圆形，
可更好测试裁切机电流强弱）。
 Freely select the pattern, and then draw a small pattern on the plotting
area (Note: this pattern is for trial cutting. Circle is preferred, so that it can
test the current strength more accurately.)

4. 点击“输出到机器”
Click “Output to the machine”

5. 基本设置
Basic settings
 窗口右侧点击“基本设置”，在机器工作区域中 XY 数值改成 X:297，Y:210
Click “NormalOption” on the right side of the window. In the “machine
work area”, adjust the parameters of XY, X: 297, Y: 210.

6. 调整设备位置，放好屏保膜（试切时，最好选择屏保膜边角，这样会更节省
材料）。
Adjust the position of the machine, and put the screen protector film (For
trial cut, it is better to use the corner of the screen protector film in order to
save material.)
注意：窗口下面选中反字（屏保膜中间层，粘贴面冲下，选择反字。粘贴面冲
上，选择正字）。
为了保证屏保裁切效果良好，需要使用屏保裁切辅助纸沾水，平整放在
屏保膜上面，主要为了屏保切割边降温，防止边缘翘边
NOTE: Select “Versa” button at the bottom of the screen (For the middle layer
of the screen protector film, when the adhesive downwards, select Versa;
when the adhesive upwards, select Normal.)
In order to achieve a perfect effect for the screen protector cutting, dip the
auxiliary paper and then put it flatly, in order to cool the cutting edge so that to
prevent upturned brim.)

7.选择雕刻输出
 此时设备应已开始切割，切割完毕后。试贴所切图形，是否有翘边现象存在。
Select engraving output
At this time, the machine is cutting. After the cutting process, trial pastes the
screen protector and check if there is any upturned brim.

五. 软件操作过程

Software operation process

1. 页面设置
Page setup

如上图中红色箭头指示，选中“A4-横向-297*210mm”
Check the item of the red arrow indicates. Selected “A4-v-297*210mm”

2. 导入数据
Import data

双击左边一栏 ，数据自动载入界面中（以免出现切割误
差，还是将图拖移到如下图这位置，默认数据是贴近纸张的边缘）。
Double click the left column, and then the data will be automatically
loaded to the interface (In order to avoid cutting error, please drag the
image to the position showed as below. The default data is let the image
close to the edge of the paper.)
3. 排版好后就可以切割设置了，点击工具栏上“输出到机器”按钮
After layout complete, it is time for cutting setup. Click the button of
“Output to the machine” on the toolbar.

你如果先前只选中一个数据（选中即为灰色），那它输出到机器将会是这
样
If you have selected only one data (It turns gray once selected), then it
will output to the machine showed as below.
如果您选中多个数据（按“Shift”为加选），输出到机器将是这样的界面
If you select multiple data (Press “Shift” to select more), and then the
output data to the machine will showed as below.
4. 基本设置
Normal Option
 窗口右侧点击“基本设置”，在机器工作区域中 XY 数值改成 X:297，Y:210
Click “NormalOption” on the right side of the window. In the “machine
work area”, adjust the parameters of XY, X: 297, Y: 210.

5. 设备定位
Machine positions
再输出窗口下，可以通过调节“移动步距”(键盘快捷键“-” “=”)并使
用键盘上，下，左，右，控制切割机起始位置。
In the output window, you can adjust the “Step” (Keyboard shortcut
key “-”“=”) and use the up, down, left, right key on the keyboard to
control the initial position of the engraving machine.
 或直接通过鼠标点击窗口，移动设备起始位置。
Or directly click the window to move the initial position of the engraving
machine.

6. 常用参数设置。
Favorites Option
 电流调节 (切割机上调试,电流大小与材料薄厚有关)，扫面速度 16（扫面速
度为设备直线切割速度）曲线速度为 20（曲线速度为设备圆角切割速度）.（由
于屏保有薄厚之分，因此这两个数值需要自行测试）。
在输出方式中，选中轮廓输出
Current regulation (Do the current regulation on the engraving machine, the
current magnitude is related to the thickness of the material), the engrave
speed is 16(the engrave speed is the straight-ling cutting speed), the cut
speed is 20 (cut speed is the rounded-corner cutting speed). (Since the screen
protectors are with various thicknesses, so the 2 numerical values need to test
by the user.)
注意：窗口下面选中反字（屏保膜粘贴面冲下，选择反字。粘贴面冲上，选择
正字）。
为了保证屏保裁切效果良好，需要使用屏保裁切辅助纸沾水，平整放在
屏保膜上面，主要为了屏保切割边降温，防止边缘翘边

7.最后点击“雕刻输出”，这样切割机就开始运行了。
注意：点击“雕刻输出”前，请再次确认光束器循环水，是否开通，流动是否正常
At last, click the button of “Output”, and then the engraving machine will start
working.
NOTE: Before click the button, please once again check if the beam device
and the recirculation system are open and flow normally.
