About this Resource
This resource includes 30 printable practice pages (2 student pages on one page). One page
(or two in some cases) for each 5th Grade Math Common Core Standard. Each page contains two
problems: one multiple choice question and one constructed response/short answer question.
I primarily created this resource to have a ready-made resource for reteaching. My students
respond really well to the novelty of printable mini books. It still gives them that pencil-to-paper
practice in a less threatening format. Due to time constraints, I needed something quick and
concise to review all the standards. From the results of these booklets, I can pull re-teaching groups
and provide more practice using my 5th Grade Common Core Math Test Prep Helpers.
The possibilities for use of this resource are numerous. Here are just a few ideas:
• Mini Check-Ins or Assessments
• Test Prep
• Reteaching
• Independent Practice
• Centers
• RTI
• Homework
• Morning Work

About this Resource
I added a black and white Rock and Roll Themed
Graphic to each page. I plan to have the students color
the graphic in once they complete the page and have it
checked for accuracy. This will motivate them to complete
the pages quickly and accurately.
Multiple
Choice
2. Click on the link below to access the digital file. The webpage will ask you to make a copy. By
default, Google Drive will save your copy in your main drive, not a folder.
3. Some of the slides contain text boxes for students to type their answers into or interactive moveable
pieces. The students must be in “edit” mode (and not “present” mode).
4. To assign students pages from the Google Slides file, make a copy of your master. (You can do this
by right-clicking on the file, or while the file is open, go to FILE > MAKE A COPY.)
5. Rename your new copy. Delete any pages you don’t want to assign.
6. If you’re using the file with Google Classroom, make sure that you make a copy for each student.
Otherwise, all of your students will be editing the same copy.
