A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF
RICARDO D. BAGALAY JR. AS A BARANGAY TANOD OF
BARANGAY SAN ANDRES, SAN MATEO, ISABELA

Balmelero WHEREAS, as mandated by the Local Government Code of 1991,
Sangguniang Barangay Member particularly Sec 396 of RA 7160, the qualifications, duties, and functions of all
other Barangay officials appointed by the Punong Barangay shall be governed
by the provisions of this Code and other laws or by Barangay Ordinances;

WHEREAS, Ricardo D. Bagalay Jr. is appointed by Punong
Sangguniang Barangay Member Barangay Juan M. Baniaga Jr. as Barangay Tanod of Barangay San
Andres, San Mateo, Isabela;
WHEREAS, upon thorough review and validation of the
qualifications and personal background of Rojeffrey B. Baniaga, he

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the MLGOO, and all other
concerned for information and file.

ADOPTED, unanimously in Barangay San Andres, this 23rd of February , in the year of Our Lord,
