What is weather
What is weather?
You see the weather when you look out of your window or
stand outside. Is it sunny? Is it raining, cold or hot? Is the
wind blowing? These are all features of the weather.
The amount of rain falling in
a day, the hours of sunlight,
the temperature, and the
wind are all abiotic factors
of our environment that we
observe and measure.
The weather on the ground
is the result of factors in the
atmosphere around us.
Changes in air pressure
affect wind direction and
strength.
What is weather?
