SESSION GUIDE
Subject: PATHFIT 1 MOVEMENT ENHANCEMENT
Content: Motor Learning and Motor Control in the different programs of Physical Education
PE PROGRAM: Individual, Dual & Combative Sports
Focus Topic: Tai chi Jian/ Jianshu (Tai chi sword)

required sword routine taught by the teacher.

2. Through a TALK SHOW, discuss the kind of movements you have seen,
and identify the anatomical terms of motion utilized in the athlete’s
movements, with Jet Li, Jacky Chan, Bruce Lee, Sammo Hung, Michelle
Yeoh, and the like, as your guests.
3. Through a “CCTV News Reporting (in English),” discuss what and how
movement patterns or shapes were created (as seen in the video) while
going through the motions of the dance.
