S/O Aquila best guild in NA.

Welcome to Elsword
Who am I? I’m Rinya, a person who plays on average 8 hours of Elsword every day
and still can’t find time to Raid Berthe with the guild. I’ve been playing this game
since March 2021, without any prior experience to this game but I’ve consumed
almost every guide and youtube video about this game. The reason why I decided
to make this guide was because most, if not all of them are outdated or hidden
in some other discords. The aim of this guide is to teach new players and
guide veterans to the end-game content as efficient and viable as possible. I’m
very aware that most people dislike reading so if anyone’s feeling like making a
youtube guide feel free to use this, just lemme know on discord Rinya#2768.

Before you start, make sure to turn off View -> Print Layout.

1. New Player Progression

This section is designed for people who never played or are returning to
Elsword and are unaware about the current Elsword.
Before we start the leveling process, I’d like to introduce you to a few things
for a smoother progression.
First, you might ask: What character/class should I make?

Find a character that you like, be it aesthetically or lore wise, if you end up not
liking the playstyle it’ll still benefit you in the future by having it in your El Search
Party Collection as it’ll provide bonus stats. If you’re playing with a friend, Labys
and Noahs have different starting zones so beware.

DON’T use this as a guideline for the character you choose, KOG
doesn’t even understand their characters LMAO

Second, Potions. As soon as you leave the tutorial, you’ll be rewarded with 5
or 10 [Ariel] Elrios Nutritious Bread and 5 or 10 [Ariel] Elrios Fruit Juice
depending on your char.

Press “I”, go to the Usable Tab and right click them to assign them to the Quick Slot.
WARNING: Do not overlap potions, as all potions within the same Item Group
will enter cooldown when used.
If you misclick and assign the wrong potions, just right click them on the Quick Slot to
remove.

Third, Use your skills. They’ll deal massive damage and provide you
invincibility frames that’ll make you immune for most attacks, don’t be shy in
using potions, not only the game provides you with plenty, it isn’t expensive either.

If your skills and potions look like this you’re probably doing it right.

Fourth, Remember to Awaken to do more damage. All characters except

Laby requires manual input to awaken (CTRL by default). Some characters like
Rena, Raven, Eve, Chung, Ara receive additional bonus for awakening with 3
beads. Adds can awaken and reawaken as long as they have 100 DP
(Reawakening recharges DMP which is used to buff his skills). Ains requires 3
manual awakenings to reach final stage (Ring of Fury and some Guild Foods grants
your first awakening the final stage). Noahs can reawaken any time you gain a bead,
extending the duration and gaining the current moon cycle’s effect.

You gain beads by hitting enemies with skills or commands.

Fifth, always Queue for Dungeon even if you end up alone. Doing this will
give you a buff that will boost your damage a lot.
And lastly, Equip the gear you receive during leveling. You’ll receive a lot
of cubes from the epic quests containing gear.

Press “I”, go to the Special Tab and right click the cubes to open them, then go to the
Equipment Tab and right click the gear to Identify them so you can equip.
For now, focus on equipping gear that increases your Combat (Power).

1.1. Leveling from 1 to 99

Leveling in this game is extremely simple, just follow the Epic Quests (marked
in yellow) while doing Class Change Quests (marked in blue) and Skill Quests
(marked in red) at same time.

If you can’t see the Quests on your right side, press Tab to reveal.
If you mistakenly right clicked it causing it to hide you can unhide quests by pressing
“L” and right clicking the quest again.

On your journey to 99, you’ll come across some Adventurer Cube.

I’d highly recommend not opening them as they cost ED to open. And definitely
do not open Beginner or Intermediate Adventurer Cubes as there’s nothing
valuable in them.

1.1.1. Level 15: 1st Job Change

By now, you should have received a Pet Phoru in your Inventory (located at
Special Tab). Use it and give it a name.

Pets acts as “autoloot” and will automatically pick-up Items and ED from the ground.

Once you finish your Job Change Quest you’ll receive two additional items, I
highly recommend saving both for later. Promotion Costumes expires in 15
days so save it for when the current one you’re using expires.

1st Job Change Promotion Cube (Costume)

[Cobo] 1st Job Useful Items Cube

My Equipment Tab is getting full, what do I do? Dismantle the gears

you’re not gonna use for extra Magical Crystals, Magic Stones and Advanced
Magic Stones.
You could opt to sell the gears to the NPC for more ED but it’s faster to just
dismantle.

1.1.2. Skill Setting and Traits (Basic)

After you finish 1st Job Change you’ll have to manually assign skills into
your Skill Slot. While having Skill List opened (Default key “K”), right click or drag
and drop to assign skills in the slots.
Which skills should I use? It varies from char to char but try using all skills
categorized as Bravery or Strength and see if it does massive damage or has a
big Area of Effect. Some characters uses Active and/or Tenacity skills, usually for
movement (i.e. Aisha’s Teleport, Raven’s Shadow Step) or buff (i.e. Elsword’s Iron
Body).
Triple Geyser is a perfect example of a skill that you obtain as Base Elsword and you
still use it even at 99.

Assign Traits to your skills. If it’s a damage skill and Heavy is available,
always pick it. If Heavy isn’t available usually it’s a choice between Empowered,
Critical (the one that Ignores Defense) and Useful in which usually you pick
Useful or Empowered > Critical (for early game). If it’s a buff skill, always pick
the one that increases the effect, if it’s not available pick the one that lasts longer.
NEVER pick Enhanced Trait (the one that guarantees 100% Critical Hits), you’ll
always have near maximum critical rate and it’ll only decrease your damage.
Sometimes, very rarely, you don’t pick any trait because it doesn’t benefit on PvE.

You can buy Tome of Amnesia later in the game if you mess up, it’s not expensive.
1.1.3. Apply to a Guild
Apply at Myu to a guild, preferably one that has maxed Alchemy Specialist
skill and is willing to help new players, come to Aquila if you play on NA Server
(Solace).

Talk to Myu to apply to a Guild.

The higher the level, the more benefits they’ll have, take your time choosing your
guild.

1.1.4. Perkisas Mount

After finishing your 1st Job Change quest you can obtain a temporary mount
from Prof. Pho’s First Growth Guide.

[Ariel] Prof. Pho’s Mount Selective Cube (14 Days)

Perkisas will help you progress through leveling faster as he provides

excellent AoE. Press “G” to mount.
Mounts aren’t as useful later in the game so might as well use it to level faster.

1.1.5. Level 35: 2nd Job Change

Once you reach Level 35, you’ll receive your 2nd Job Change Quest.

Unlike the 1st Job Change, there’s no multiple choices here.

At Level 40 you’ll be able to put Traits on your 1st Job Skills.

Once you finish your 2nd Job Change you receive another two additional
items, this time you should open the [Cobo] 2nd Job Useful Items Cube for the
[Cobo] Ring of Bravery (II). Some classes uses [Cobo] Ring of Strength (II)
instead, but if you don’t know which one your class uses just use Bravery.

You cannot equip 2 Rings of Skill at same time.

1.1.6. Choosing your Profession

In the middle of your 2nd Job Change Quest you’ll be asked to choose a
Profession (Level 40).

You can change your profession up to 3 times for 100k ED each if the profession you
want to change isn’t Lv.4 or higher. RIP my Devi’s Profession :sadge:

If you’re a new player, just choose Treasure Hunter for now. Once you find a
character you plan to main, you should choose Blacksmith as it’s the only source
of free to play Hammers (double enhancement success rate), unless you plan to
spend heavily on the game. You should also get one Alchemist on your account
once you are more familiar with the game.

1.1.7. Level 70: Transcendence Job Change

Once you reach Level 70, you’ll receive your Transcendence Job Quest, the
ability to put Traits on your 2nd Job Skills and the announcement of Secret
Dungeons opening. Ignore Secret Dungeons and keep doing Epic Quests with your
Transcendence Job Quest for now, you’ll need them later anyway.

Bro fr this purchase button is so annoying LMAO. S/O 1917.

Limit Break 4/5 and Limit Break 5/5: This is the part where you’re gonna
NEED some help if you don’t have +9 Secret Dungeon Equipment. Ask your
guildmates or wait until you get in queue with someone. After you’ve done SD
once, open the +9 SD Weapon Cube and Equip it.
This is the only part where you HAVE to rely on other people to carry you.

All SD Weapons function basically the same, Sand Burst has the best summon
effect but you don’t have to pick it if you don’t like it.

Luto Mode: If you ever see this cutscene, DON’T accept it, it’s a waste of
time, mobs gets absurdly tankier and you’ll get Lv. 99 regardless of the extra
experience.
If I catch u “Agreeing” to this in Transcendence Quest, I’m leaving the dungeon istg.

After doing Transcendence Quest, this time, you’ll receive a bunch of things.

[Cobo] Secret Dungeon Armor Only Magic Amulet Lv.8, Outdated Quest Reward,
Discard it.
[Ariel] Guardian of Secret Closed Space Cube, Save it for when you need to farm
Survival of the Cold Title.

Beginner’s Secret Dungeon Accessory Cube, open it and get the 3 accessories
marked in red.

Beginner’s Secret Dungeon Equipment Cube, you can choose whatever you want,
the effects are the same and you can mix and match if you prefer making a bozo like
me.

[Cobo] Transcendence Useful Items Cube, save it for later

You’ll also unlock 2 transcendence skill slots (Default keys “F” and “T”).
Whenever you’re awakened, every 20 seconds your transcendence skills will
decrease the cooldown by 14 seconds and light up, indicating that your next
skill will deal 20% more damage. Usually you put your most damaging skill and
your best clearing skill on those slots.

1.1.8. Socketing (Basic)

So, you’ve finally obtained an important piece of gear, the +9 Secret
Dungeon Equipment™. There’s a way to make it even stronger.
We’ll go more in-depth about Socketing later, this is just a basic tutorial.

First, a WARNING: DON’T use Refined Magic Stones or Sage Magic

Stones.

SAVE THOSE FOR LATER.

These are the ones you’re looking for to use.

Left click on Magic Stone Enchant and then left click again on your +9 Secret
Dungeon Weapon.
Right click on your Magic Stone or Advanced Magic Stone to assign to the slots.
You can Left click on the Blue Stones Icon to lock and stay with the socket you rolled
previously.

What should I look for in a socket? For now aim for a balance in Critical
and Maximize. The maximum value is 6% for Weapon and 3% for Equipment,
non-weapon sockets can only receive half of the value. You DON’T need to
maximize your values now, you’ll receive better equipment very soon.

1.1.9. Transcendence Passive Skill and Hyperactive

You may be wondering, what about this quest?

This is the 1st Hyperactive Skill Quest, almost every character doesn’t need it, skip
it.

The next two however, you may need to do its steps 2/5, 3/5 and 4/5 before
you can continue on the Epic Quest.

For Labys and Noahs the quests are different, but the concept is the same, if your
Epic Quest is in the next region, do the passive first before continuing with Epic
Quests.

1.1.10. Socketing
Since you’re close to getting your +9 Void Weapon and +9 Elrianode Set,
let’s learn about Socketing, but this time in greater detail.
Some stats have efficiency stages, also known as normalization. What this
does is, once you reach a certain amount, you gain “less” stats. The more you
stack, the lesser stats you gain.
Let’s take Critical Chance for example:
★ From 0%~40% Critical Chance you receive no penalty.
★ From 40%~68% Critical Chance you gain only 80% of the stat.
★ From 68%~86% Critical Chance you gain only 60% of the stat.
★ From 86%~100% Critical Chance you gain only 40% of the stat.
What this means is, for you to reach 100% Critical Chance through this
way, you need to socket a total of 140% Critical Chance.
You can look how much you have through your Detailed Stats.

Now let’s talk about Maximize:

★ From 0%~40% Maximize you receive no penalty.
★ From 40%~70% Maximize you gain only 75% of the stat.
★ From 70%~90% Maximize you gain only 50% of the stat.
★ From 90%~100% Maximize you gain only 25% of the stat.
★ To reach 100% Maximize through this method, you need to socket 160%
Maximize.

Lastly Action Speed:

★ From 100%~120% Action Speed you receive no penalty.
★ From 120%~124.5% Action Speed you gain only 30% of the stat.
★ From 124.5%~128.5% Action Speed you gain only 20% of the stat.
★ From 128.5%~130% Action Speed you gain only 10% of the stat.
★ Don’t go over 120%, the penalty is way too big and in the future you’ll
have other sources of Action Speed through buffs.

Why these stats?

Critical Chance makes you Crit, which by default increases your damage
by 150% (You can increase the critical damage even further in the future).
Maximize makes your attacks always do the maximum possible damage
without the variation in which you can see on your weapon.
Action Speed increases how fast some of your skills cast, your Z/X
commands and Awakening.

See how big the variation is?

So how much should I go for? Since every class has different passives that
increase either Critical or Maximize, you’ll have to check another guide that can give
you the exact values your specific class needs. However, do not go over 85%
Critical/Maximize and 120% Action Speed unless your class has some really
good passive that lets you afford more sockets in it. We’ll touch on the other
socket stones in the future.

1.1.11. Level 95: Void Weapon

Once you reach Level 95, Add’s Energy Fusion Theory Dungeon will be
available to enter. Do it until you drop an Apocalypse Type-Void Weapon Cube.
With the +9 SD Equipment you gained through Transcendence Quest, you should
have enough Combat Power to enter it.

Apocalypse Type-Void Weapon Cube

You’ll receive some freebies from the Prof’s Pho’s First Growth Guide.

[Ariel] Blessed Giant Potion (Elixir). It makes you and your skills larger for 30
minutes and gives you 15% Critical, you should always have it on while
playing.

[Ariel] Fighter Potion. Save it for later, it’s an expensive consumable commonly
used for raiding.

[Ariel] Sage’s Magic Stone. You may opt to use it on your Void Weapon but don’t
go overboard as this is only obtainable through Events.
Now that you’ve obtained the +9 Void Weapon, you need to socket it. Should
I use Refined Magic Stones and/or Sage Magic Stones? Depends. Is there a
Jump Event happening now? Are you willing to wait till December/January or
June/August for it? If not, go for it. You can use Refined Magic Stones if you’re
worried as they’re “slightly farmable” with the Weekly Elrianode Quest.

The maximum value for Refined and Sages are 9% and 12% respectively.

You might have noticed that my Void Weapon is +10 and I have an additional
socket slot. You’ll get them later at Prof’s Phoru’s Second Growth Guide. WARNING:
Don’t try to enhance it, I’ll properly explain about it later in the guide.
1.1.12. Solace’s Fortress Miniguide
If you’ve chosen Laby or Noah, you can skip this step. This dungeon has so
many unique mechanics that it deserves its own miniguide.
First, we have 3 hidden mobs that you have to kill in order to deactivate the
lasers.

Stand close to them so they come out of invisibility.

I’ve seen so many people ignore these invisible mobs.
If you get hit by the lasers, Solace will be alarmed and add an extra stage for you to
clear. Also they kinda hurt.

Then you have this mini “Protect Herbaon” part.

The timer still runs while in cutscene so don’t skip it!

Don’t stand near Herbaon or he’ll get shot and it’ll take even longer to finish this part.

And then you have Solace’s 2nd Phase. Once you get him down to 12 bars
of life he’ll enter his 2nd Phase. During his 2nd Phase he’ll REFLECT ALL
DAMAGE and become invincible at 5 bars of life until you clear all his 5 orbs.
You can clear it by doing his mechanics correctly (stacks with the amount of players
in the dungeon). You can one shot him if you have high CP and have a strong
single hit skill. Since you’re a new player, just wait the 60 second timer without
hitting him.

He also blocks some damage from time to time, it’s very annoying to one shot him.
Be careful to not hit as soon as the timer runs out, most of the time he’ll still have his
reflect up for a couple of seconds.

1.1.13. Level 99: Elrianode Gear

You finally did it! Solace’s Fortress was pain right, I know, here come cry on
my shoulders you’ve been a good boy *pat pat* it literally took me 8min 49sec with a
new account I wanna also cry. Before we move on to the next step, let’s get your
Ancient Elrianode Set a.k.a. Elrianode Gear.
Please do it even if you already have one from playing in the past. These sets come
with Perfect El Tear Fragments (Aside one from shoes but small details, don’t
worry).

You have to clear “Beginning” “Trials” and “Choice” once.

Now that you’ve obtained the Elrianode Gear, go ahead and socket it, you
can use Refined and/or Sages if there’s no Jump Event coming soon.
From this point on out, you’re gonna start receiving El Tear Fragments from
the Elrianode Dungeons.
How to use them?

Go to this place in Elrianode.

WARNING: Do not put El Tear Fragments of DIFFERENT colors or you’ll

lose the set effect.
Talk with Denif, select “El Tear Assembly” and right click or drag and drop your El
Tear Fragment. Your set may be Red (Physical) or Blue (Magic), depending on your
attack type. And no, don’t try to enhance it to +10.
As you can see, this is an Elrianode Top Piece without the right colors. Please don’t
do this.

What should I look for in El Tear Fragments? The Elrianode Set you
received from Prof Pho’s Second Growth Guide has basically Perfect El Tear
Fragments with the exception of the lack of Destruction (Square shaped) and your
Shoes’s Proficiency (Hexagon shaped).

Let’s start with Destruction. You’re looking for one that increases your
highest damage dealing skill with the SAME color as your set. The value is
either gonna be 11% or 12%. You don’t need to maximize it. Don’t know what skill
is my best damaging skill? Here.
It feels like I haven’t touched Elrianode Set in forever so this feels weirdly nostalgic
lol.

Next up is your Shoes’s Proficiency. You’re looking for either Ignore

Enemies’ Physical/Magical Defense (check your damage type) or Damage dealt
TO Boss Monsters. Ignore Defense gives considerably more CP, but Boss
Damage is better and cheaper. Values are 9% or 10%, no need to maximize it.

Perfect Ignore Defense El Tears were 200m back in the days, nowadays I can see
them for 50m or less. Still not worth it LMAO.

1.1.14. Gate of Darkness

Let’s talk about the Gate of Darkness. It’s a Special Tab dungeon that
players do for the 30 minute buff that you get for completing it.

You’ll also receive Demon Realm Energy, which you can use to upgrade your
Dimension Master’s Accessories or as a consumable.
Make sure to get this buff before repairing gear as well.

1.1.15. Finishing Prof Pho’s First Growth Guide

With the +9 Void Weapon and +9 Elrianode Set you’re more than prepared to
finish Lesson 2’s Dimension of Sinister Intent.

You can run DoSI 5 times per day.

Go ahead and craft a Dimension Master’s Eye Cube since you won’t have
another Support Unit accessory until later.
You can upgrade it to Corrupted Dimension Master’s Accessories by using Gate of
Darkness’s Demon Realm Energy.

By finishing all Lessons from Prof Pho’s First Growth Guide, you will be
rewarded with the Prof. Pho’s First Pupil title.
This is a really good title to have until you get Pierce the Heavens or Survival of
the Cold.

1.1.16. El Resonance Quest (ERP)

If you’re a brand new player, at Level 99 you’ll receive a new Quest on your
Epic Tab called “Another Power! El Resonance!”.
You’ll eventually complete it but make sure to claim it.

Once you finish it a number marked in blue will appear beside your Level. You
can open your ERP by pressing “`”, located below ESC.

Don’t look at the number I’m just making it easier to identify. HEY WHO TOLD ME
TO TOUCH GRASS.

Where do I spend my ERP on? First, go 100 points on Active, Tenacity,

Strength, Bravery Skill Damage (a.k.a. All Skill Damage or ASD). Then you can
decide if you’re gonna use this character as a EXP Farmer (EXP Gain), Regular
Farmer (Item Drop Rate or ED Gain) or continue as Damage (Boss Damage ->
Polarize -> Adaptation). Make sure to fill before moving to the next effect.
Your first 100 ERP Levels are gonna come quickly so make sure to update your ERP
Points constantly.

You’re getting a Quest at ERP 100 that gives you a free ERP Page so make
sure to use it on your main, you can have one page for EXP/Farm and one for
Damage that way.

1.2. 3rd Job Change

If you’ve followed the guide so far, you are now equipped with a +9 Void
Weapon and +9 Elrianode Gear fully socketed and you’re more than ready to take on
the 3rd Job Change Quest.
LMAO I just realized they put Sandstorm and a bunch of Passives as “Main Skill”,
nice one KOG never disappointing me more than expected.

Step 3/5 and 4/5 where to do it? Elrianode City. If queues are abysmal and
you need Step 3/5 go to El Tower Defense (Story Mode), Step 4/5 is too lengthy in
Debrian Laboratory to be able to consider it. I have no Elrianode Defense Request
Tickets. Do one Water Dragon Sanctum and grab them from Prof. Pho’s Second
Growth Guide.
Step 5/5 Make sure to NOT go into El Tower Defense (Normal Mode), you’re
not gonna enjoy it.
Once you finish the 3rd Job Change Quest the game will forcefully make
you leave party and enter a cutscene, you can skip it with ESC.

After you finish 3rd Job Change you’re rewarded with:

3rd Job Change Promotion Cube (Costume)

[Cobo] 3rd Job Useful Items Cube

New Power: Force

Save the first two for later, open the New Power: Force cube and Equip the
5 Mods that comes with it.

Force Skills are located in your Skill Tab (Default key “K”).
1.2.1. Force Skills
Once you reach 3rd Class, Force Skills will become available for you to use.
Let’s first talk about Mod Skills. You’ll need to buy some Secret Manual: [Mod]
Force (A) off the Market Board and craft your skill at Camilla.

Secret Manual: [Mod] Force (A)

It also costs 500k ED to craft but you should have plenty.

What skills should I mod? You’ll have to ask people out or do some
research on youtube, there’s too many classes in this game for me to point out in this
guide, sorry.

Next, Force Passives. The most commonly used are Eroding Energy, Head
Hunter and Get Greedy. Illipia’s Aura are used in Raids for survivability.
WARNING: DON’T use Rare Quality Head Hunter, it’s actually worse, upgrade it
to at least Elite or Unique.
[Force] Eroding Energy (Rare)

[Force] Get Greedy (Rare)

[Force] Head Hunter (Unique)

You can upgrade it by doing Henir’s Time and Space weekly and exchanging
the Time and Space Fragments for Force Skill Upgrade Stones on Glave. You’ll
have to buy a Force Extractor on Camilla if you’re currently using it. WARNING:
Elite and Unique Force Skills requires sealing to trade, Rare doesn’t funnily
enough and Legend can’t even trade LMAO.

Once you complete Normal Mode, Challenge becomes available. Do both of them if
you can for more rewards. You’ll receive rewards based on how many floors
you’ve cleared and you can repeat if you feel like you can reach higher. Resets
every week on Wednesdays 12AM PST/PDT.
Glave is located on the far right side in Elrianode. You can exchange and upgrade
your Force Skills here. Yes, it’s 250 for Elite and 750 for Unique, I know, I’ve been
there.

Lastly, Force Actives. Those are mostly luxury or PvP skills. Elite and
Unique Hyper Acceleration makes you go fast so you could opt for that once you’re
done with the passives. Raging Storm can be used to gather mobs. Soul Harvest
and Drain have some very specific usage but we’ll touch on those later. Oh and
press Space to alternate between Skills and Force in dungeons.

[Force] Hyper Acceleration (Unique)

1.3. Gearing up (Basic)
This is a good time to start buying some gear from the Market Board. Let’s
start with Corrupted Elrianode Accessories. Since you’re already using SD
Accessories, you’re gonna need Corrupted Elrianode Circlet, Corrupted
Elrianode Earrings and Corrupted Elrianode Weapon Guard that way you don’t
overlap the accessory slots. For Corrupted Elrianode Weapon Guard only, you
wanna look out for either Bravery or Strength skill damage on its additional effect.
You also might have a couple of [Ariel] Corrupted Elrianode Accessory
Selective Cubes from Prof Pho’s Second Growth Guide, they aren’t
bankshareable but if you can’t find them cheap on the market just go for it.
For some reason only this item has those identifiers (skill damage).

Next up let’s buy some rings at Ariel’s EP Shop.

You might still have the Ring of Skill from the 2nd Job Change Useful Items Cube, if
so, wait until that one expires. Magic Necklace could be useful but it’s a waste of ED
imo.

With this, your character should be looking something like this:

Don’t forget to socket your promotion costume with Magic Stones or Advanced
Magic Stones.

Go ahead and also buy the [Ariel] Mysterious Collection Book, complete
the quest and use the book you gained from it. We’ll explain more about the El
Search Party Collection in the future.
[Ariel] Inventory Expansion Card Selective Cubes are also a good thing if
you’re running low on inventory space.
Running low on Resurrection Stones or Mana Consumables? She also
sells them at the EP Shop.

1.4. Party Finder

Before we continue with the next step, let’s learn Party Finder.
Select any dungeon from Elrianode or above and click Look for Party.

Here you can see other people’s party finder and what dungeon they plan to do.
Make sure to set-up the correct region and dungeon along with the title.

After that, wait till someone applies, you can close the window and do other stuff
meanwhile, there’ll be a sound and visual cue on the icon once someone applies
to it.

1.5. Prof Pho’s Second Growth Guide

Now that you’ve reached 3rd Class, modded the right skills and bought some
basic gear, it’s time to finish Prof Pho’s Second Growth Guide. You should have
finished Lesson 1 while doing the 3rd Job Change Quest but if you didn’t, finish it.
Let’s first do Lesson 4’s “Clear Gate of Darkness 1 time” so we can obtain and
open the [Cobo] Corrupted Dimension Master’s Accessory Full Set (30 Days)
cube to fill our remaining accessory slots. You’re looking for Eye (Support Unit),
Symbol (Face Accessory Bottom) and Wings (Top Piece).

Please ignore the fact that this is Eve’s DoSI and not Elsword’s, I didn’t have the
cubes on them ok.

Next up is Lesson 2’s “Clear Heroic Dungeon 1 time”. This will give you an
[Ariel] Apocalypse Type-Void Weapon Only Iron Wedge. Unequip your weapon
and use it to gain an extra socket. The game will then give you 2 [Ariel] Ancient
Elrianode Armor Only Guardian Wedge next. Do the same with your Elrianode
Armor. You can buy the remaining 2 Ancient Guardian Wedges on the market,
they’re supposed to be dirt cheap. Don’t forget to socket the additional slots
you’ve just obtained.

[Ariel] Apocalypse Type-Void Weapon Only Iron Wedge

[Ariel] Ancient Elrianode Armor Only Guardian Wedge

You’ll also get [Ariel] Varnimyr Accessory Full Set (30 Days) Cube once
you clear Dark Elves’ Outpost 1 time.

You’ll be using this soon.

You might struggle on Forsaken Spirit Asylum. This boss has a unique
mechanic where you have to hit all 3 shields and “weaken” them at the same time. If
you hit too hard you’ll BREAK them, get stunned for a long period and the
boss will shoot lasers at you. You can avoid being stunned if you’re in the
skill’s invincibility frames.
I actually struggled with this boss and didn’t understand its mechanic back when I
was learning the game.

Lower its shield to this state before weakening him.

Once you successfully weaken him, hit hard.

From this point on, the only problem you might have is with Story Mode
Rosso Raid. This is a good opportunity for you to use Party Finder and recruit
people to help you.
Finishing Prof Pho’s Second Growth Guide will reward you with [Ariel]
Apocalypse Type - Void Weapon Only Magic Amulet Lv. 10. Use it on your Void
Weapon to make it a +10.

1.6. Mystic Enchant (Void Weapon)

Due to the nature of the enhancement system, you’ll likely be using this
weapon for a long time until you get your hands on a +9 Flames of Judgement,
which you can either wait for a Jump Event or manually enhance/buy a Magic
Amulet Lv.9. You’ll also need to Mystic Enchant your FoJ too which will add up to
the costs.
So, you could instead opt to reroll some of the Void Weapon’s Mystics for a
small increase of damage if you know that you won’t be able to have 1.1b~ ED
(Magic Amulet Lv.9 + Perfect Mystics) for a long time. Keep in mind that this is
optional.

You can buy Mystics Stones at the market or use your own. Don’t change all of
them, some of the Discs are really good.

You’re looking to change Red 4, Blue 1, Blue 2, Blue 4, Blue 5, Yellow 1,

Yellow 2, Yellow 3 and Giant 1.
Careful to not buy non-Shining Mystic Stones.

Since it’s a Void Weapon, you don’t have to roll for perfect stats, here’s a
list of effects that’ll improve your weapon:
★ Physical or Magical Attack Level.
★ Physical or Magical Attack Power%.
★ All Skill Damage.
★ Damage against Boss Monster.
★ Critical Damage.
★ Skill Cooldown.
★ Critical, Maximize or Action Speed.
★ Experience points received increases by.

The best ways to obtain Mystic Stones are through Rosso Raid or Shadow
Vein’s Daily Special Reward.
1.7. Master Class Job Change

Before we begin your final Job Change Quest, let’s put your new accessories
to use. Unequip all your accessories before we start, it’ll make your life easier.

POV: You’re doing an unboxing youtube video.

Equip these first. You’ll have to buy or drop them later after they expire.

Fill the remaining slots with Corrupted Dimension Master’s accessories.

But what about the other 2 accessories from the Varnimyr cube? They’re
trash, don’t use it.

Alright, time to start your Master Class Job Change Quest. Let’s first list up
what you have to do on each step.
★ Step 1/5 5 Rigomor dungeon
★ Step 2/5 20 Rigomor dungeon
★ Step 3/5 1 Master Road dungeon
★ Step 4/5 10 Master Road dungeon
★ Step 5/5 5 Master Road dungeon
For Rigomor Dungeons do Sea of Ruin. Even if you have CP to enter other
dungeons just don’t, it’s not a good idea to do dungeons within entry CP.

Abandoned Deep-Sea Tunnel doesn’t exist and it can’t hurt you.

For Master Road Dungeons it’s a choice between Shrine of the

Two-Headed Serpent (Gaia), Elrianode Training Grounds (Rosso) or Unraveling
the Knot of Memories (Dark Blue Hernia a.k.a. Ebalon).
Gaia has the lowest hp, however, it’s a solo dungeon so do it if you know
your character can do DPS on small targets and/or you have high CP (~800k).
Rosso is normally what people prefer if you wanna get some help from party
finder or guildmates.
Ebalon is actually easier than Rosso as he doesn’t teleport or summon
bombs like Rosso does LMAO.
Do the Normal Mode, Hell Mode is hard even for people around 1.5m CP.
Unless your friend is a giga whale then just let him choose.
When I helped my friend MC his character, he dropped an Artifact Ring. I don’t have
friends anymore.

Once you finish your Master Class Job Change Quest, Congratulations, that
was probably a long and exhausting journey. You’ll unlock a multi stage Master
Skill in which you need to complete some quests to unlock the next stage, but,
like Hyperactives, most of them are completely useless, and if it’s useful it’s either
at 1st Stage or at 4th Stage.

1.8. Now What?

This is where things slow down by a lot. A lot of players will quit, feel lost and
or get demotivated at this point because there’s a lot of stuff to learn, and a lot of
grind to do. Try to tackle things slowly and find your own pace.

2. Mid Game Progression (Welcome to Grindsword)

At this point, you’ve caught up with the majority of the player base, we’re in
the mid game. Next, we’ll be introducing our next set of gears, the Rigomor Set and
the Flames of Judgement Weapon as well as our Master Road Accessories and
Ice Burner Costumes. We’ll also talk about Titles, El Search Party Collection and
ERP Leveling as well as some of the lesser important things such as Pets, Skill
Cut-Ins, Custom Awakenings.
2.1. Setting up your Dailies and Weeklies
Every Wednesday 12AM PST/PDT the Weeklies resets, so first let’s open
the Weekly Mission Tab:

This is something that a lot of players forget to do, myself included.

You wanna accept Varnimyr - Clear ‘Crimson Cradle of Flames’ 1 time

(Excludes Story Mode) and Clear Rigomor Region Dungeon 25 times for now.

Make sure to do Battle Pass missions, both daily and weekly as it provides
you with a bunch of free stuff.

Now let’s open the Quest Tab:

You might wanna organize what quests appear on your Quest Helper Mark (Tab).

For Dailies:
[Rigomor] Undersea Investigation: Do 5x Sea of Ruin everyday.
[Master Road] Prove Your Worth: Only IF you can get someone to carry you
through hell mode.

For Weeklies:
[PvP] Worth of a Champion: You can sell Fighter Potions for extra ED.
[Enhancement] Blessed Aura: Gives you free Enhancement Materials.
Blessed Restoration Scrolls are usually more expensive than 5 Blessed
Fluorite Ores so pick the one that’s more expensive.
[Henir’s Time and Space] Twisted Time and Space: You’ll be doing this
weekly anyway so might as well get the 3 extra fragments.
[Elrianode] Mystical Magic Stone: If you need Refined Magic Stones to
socket your gear.
[Varnimyr] Crimson Trace Reset: This way you can do Rosso Raid twice a
week.
[Rigomor] Undersea Expedition: Just do 3 Rigomor dailies, no need to rush
it.
[Master Road] Prove Your Worth: This one you can do on normal mode
please do it.

Next up let’s talk about Daily Special Reward:

I’ll sum up the more important ones in the end since you’re probably already
overwhelmed.

Gate of Darkness: gives you Demon Realm Energy which you can use as a
consumable or upgrade material for your Dimension Master Accessories.
Heroic Dungeon: gives you Heroic Certification which you can upgrade
some heroic magic stones to sell for ED. Use it for Pursuit and Growth stones.
Secret Dungeon: gives you El Rewards which is used to obtain Guardian of
the Secret Closed Space Title or EXP Medals.

Finally, a few things that are important for progression:

1x Free Run on El Tower Defense (Normal Mode) for the title Guardian of
Elrianode.
5x Dimension of Sinister Intent for your permanent Dimension Master
Accessories.
Using your Life Stamina on either fishing or pet expedition.

And lastly the Event Tab on the Dungeons:

I always go for Velder Academy Athletic Meet (Costume Suit), Velder Academy
Concert (Pet Auto Consume Quick Slot), Dessert Café (Custom Awakening),
ELSTAR Signing Event (Pet and Fetch Aura) and Heart El Puzzle (Skill Cut-In).

From the event tab, you wanna aim for at least one Skill Cut-In, one Pet and
its Fetch Aura and one Custom Awakening:
1x Velder Academy Library, ELSTAR Showcase or Heart El Puzzle for
your Skill Cut-In, find the one you like the most in the Customization Tab.
1x Velder Academy Concert, ELSTAR Signing Event, Elrios City Run or
Heart El Puzzle for your Pet and its Fetch Aura (Mellow doesn’t have one, you can
buy it on EP Shop).
1x Velder Academy Athletic Meet or Dessert Café for your Costume Suit if
you haven’t got one from the new player attendance event or EP Shop.
1x Dessert Café for your Custom Awakening.
1x Velder Academy Concert for your Pet Auto Consume Quick Slot
Expansion (30 days). This is the only way for a free to play to have it and it’s
important if your class chugs mana like crazy.
1x Any except Heart El Puzzle if you need another hp/mp consumable.
The Event Skill Cut-Ins are marked with [Cobo], [Ariel] and [Luriel].

But if you’re busy just make sure to do Rigomor Dailies, Master Road
Weekly and maybe fishing at the very least, you can always work on the other
things slowly. Also making a note helps you remember which ones to do.

2.2. Rigomor Set

Once you’ve accumulated some Spectral Amethysts from your Rigomor
Dailies/Weeklies, we can start working on our Rigomor Set. You can also opt to
save Spectral Amethysts for reforging until a Jump Event which happens in
Dec/Jan and June/August since it’ll give you a free +8 r6 (Reforge 6) Rigomor Set.

Which Rigomor Set should I go for? Crimson if it’s your first Rigomor Set
or Sage if you already have Crimson.

If you’ve decided not to wait for the Jump Event and craft it, start with Gloves
and Shoes first. Craft it by using the 420 Spectral Amethysts method, buy and use
a Magic Amulet Lv.8, Reforge it till 9 on both equipment before using it. Once
you’re done with Gloves and Shoes do the exact same for Top Piece and Bottom
Piece.
You’ll use on average 877.5 Spectral Amethyst, 15.250 Magical Crystals,
45.75m ED and 5~6 Blessed Chlorite Seeds (10%) to craft and reforge ONE
piece of equipment from 0 to 9.

Chlorites are hella expensive.

Don’t forget to assign skills on r6 and r12.

Once you have a full Rigomor Set, start working towards r15 (Reforge 15).
Aim to r9 one by one first, then do the same for r15. You don’t have to go any
further than r15, the costs skyrockets after that point and you should work
towards your Tenebrous Set.
For enhancements, aim for +11 Gloves first, then +11 Top Piece, then the
rest. Only Gloves make a slight difference, the rest is min maxing.
If you’re going to reroll additional effects, the best effect is All Skill Damage
+0.5% but you don’t have to go that far.
Don’t forget to Wedge it. It’s an extra socket slot.
2.3. Flames of Judgement Weapon
Flames of Judgement Weapon a.k.a. FoJ Weapon is a weapon obtainable
by clearing Rosso Raid or through a Jump Event. However, once you’re cleared,
you will have to “reset” in order to receive rewards once again. People eligible for
rewards are often called “fresh or freshies” and a full raid is called “Gaunt”. Use
the Party Finder to find a raid party.

The bar acts as a pity system and increases your chances to drop the weapon the
fuller it is. Once dropped, the bar resets.

Which weapon is better? FoJ+9 or Void+10? While FoJ+9 gives slightly

more damage (around ~5%?) than Void+10, the Critical/Maximize mystics from the
Void disks will result in a higher DPS. Personally, I’d not use FoJ until it’s +10 (where
the damage really starts showing a big difference), especially if you’re lacking
Critical/Maximize. This does not mean you shouldn’t invest in your FoJ,
especially as a beginner.
Please note that you will not be able to do much in the raid aside from
providing buffs, throwing wind orbs and/or freezing the boss. If you’re not
familiar with the freezing mechanics and/or someone else is in charge of
freezing, DO NOT FREEZE THE BOSS, there’s a limit of 3 freezes, then he
becomes immune for 30s.
Do I have to learn the mechanics on how to do Rosso Raid? No, just stay
close to everyone, if they move away, do the same and try to stay alive by
abusing skill iframes.

You can also dismantle the weapons that you’re not gonna use for 5 blazing crystals
to exchange for accessories later.

Once you get the weapon, don’t forget to Wedge and Socket it.

2.3.1. Freezing (Rosso Raid)

Main Freezers are kinda rare to find in Elsword, so I hope this guide helps
some people to become main freezers. It’s a heavy responsibility and requires
precise timing, but with enough knowledge and practice it’s not a hard thing to
do so don’t be discouraged even if you fail.
So without further ado, let’s learn how freezing works first. Freezing is a
mechanic in which you stop the enemy from doing any action for an amount of
time. Bosses have resistance to Water Attribute, causing freezes to end
prematurely, if not taken care before freezing.
Let’s list out things that can decrease the enemies resistance:

Blessed Denif’s Ice Orb (Elixir). -30 resistance, 5 stacks, 5s duration.

Mark of Inferno. -15 resistance, 10 stacks, 10s duration.

Shadow’s Descent Title. -20 resistance, 5 stacks, 7s duration. Optional for Rosso.
Character Specific Skills.

Weapon Imprint Effect. -55 resistance, 5s duration, 20s cooldown. Don’t need this
for Rosso.

Next, let’s list up the main freezers (has both Freezing and Resistance
Reduction skills):

Surprisingly it’s smaller than I thought. If you have any of those classes in your
party, they’re in charge of freezing. hopefully.

If you’re one of those classes above, you can also apply Light Attribute to
your weapon to Petrify when hitting with command attacks or active skills.
Petrifying does not use Freezing counts so you can do in total 1 Petrify and 3
Freezes on Rosso. You don’t need to go this far for Rosso though. You can
also put your freezing skill on the transcendence slots for faster cd.

So, when to freeze? Let’s start with Crimson Tower of Howling Flames:
In the first phase it doesn’t matter when to freeze as long as they’re
standing still. Remember to apply your resistance reduction before freezing.
Second phase it’s important to chain freeze, which is when you use a
freezing skill, wait until it’s about to end then throw a Water Orb, wait again and
your freezing skill should be out of cooldown for the final chain. Remember to
keep refreshing the resistance debuffs.
You wanna make sure to chain freeze to avoid it becoming invincible during the
phase transitions.

Third phase, you’ll have to instantly freeze the first head. Carefully look at
its movement, as soon as the head comes close to the standing still animation
throw a Water Orb. The water orb freezing lingers for about 3s so you don’t
have to be precise with timing and since you instantly froze you have exactly 3
seconds to apply any resistance reduction before you have to freeze it again.
You could also do it with your freezing skill if you’re confident in your timing.

Next, we have Never-Ending Darkness.

First phase and second phase you don’t have to freeze.
Third phase you have to instantly freeze like before, and it has to be quick
before he teleports to do his attack. Some characters like Nyx Pieta have a long
skill animation before the freeze actually applies so you might have to use a Water
Orb instead. If you do a good job or your DPS is a whale you can completely
burst him down before he does anything.
If it fails and he does his spinning attack, don’t use any skills and focus on
avoiding the rotating spike.

Lastly, Crimson Cradle of Flames.

First phase has two ways to freeze, let’s start with the standard version.
Rosso will raise his head and shoot his laser down, petrifying whoever gets hit.
Freeze as his head goes down to shoot his laser and chain it.
You may struggle to find the right timing if you’re not the host. If it fails it’s not a big
deal.

Then we have the early freeze method. As soon as you gain control of your
character, wait until he spawns his cornet arms and freeze it as fast as possible.
Freezing his arms counts as freezing his head.
Let your DPS know if you’re going for the early method.

Second phase and third phase don't have any specific timing so you can
freeze it whenever you can.

2.3.2. Rosso Raid Accessories

When farming for a FoJ Weapon you might end up dropping some of the
accessories that you’re already familiar with.

Hello again.

If you don’t, you can dismantle unneeded FoJ Weapons and Accessories
for Blazing Crystals and exchange them for the accessory you need at the
Blacksmith NPC. The Accessories cost 5 Blazing Crystals each.

FoJ Weapons give 5 crystals, Accessories give 1.

Additionally, if anyone in your party drops the Weapon, everyone else
receives a Blazing Crystal.

2.3.3. Mystic Enchant

With your new Weapon in hands, let’s do a proper mystic enchant this time:

You gain additional mystic slots at +9 enhancement.

For Red Mystics you’re looking for Physical or Magical Attack Level +1.5.
For Blue Mystics you’re looking for +1.5% Physical or Magical Attack
Power.
For Yellow Mystics you’re looking for +1% Physical or Magical Attack
Power.
For Giant Mystics do:
1x +5% Physical or Magical Attack Power.
1x Physical or Magical Attack Level +6.
The remaining slot can be any of the previous choices above.
The difference between “+5% +5% Lv6” and “+5% Lv6 Lv6” is extremely
low to be considered to reroll.

2.3.4. Enhancement System

Now it’s time to enhance it. If you haven’t changed your profession to
blacksmith, do it if you need hammers (double success rate). I’d recommend
using a Magic Amulet Lv.9 if it’s cheap to avoid chances of breaking from +8 to
+9.

You will need these, and conveniently they’re only available through the Cash Shop
and the Weekly Quest.

From +0 to +8 you can easily enhance it or use a Magic Amulet Lv.8 without
any risks of breaking.
From +8 to +9, ONLY enhance through Protected Enhancement from this
point and above. By using blacksmith enhancement you can save yourself from
using Blessed Fluorite Ores. Do not try to enhance without Blessed
Restoration Scroll otherwise you can break it and won’t be able to use the
weapon until you fix it.
From +9 to +11, each enhancement will boost your base damage
significantly. The success rates are very low.
From +11 and beyond, you cannot use Protected Enhancement so ignore
it. Special Enhancement can and probably will downgrade your Weapon so it’s
only viable for giga whales.
Be very careful to not misclick on “Normal Enhancement”.
POV: You’ve won the lottery.

Oh and blacksmith enhancements have 5% more chance to succeed than

normal enhancement. Not like it’ll change much because between you and me, I see
no difference in 1% or 1.05%.

2.3.5. Additional Effect Rerolling

By using Blessed Time and Space Scrolls, you can re-identify your
weapon for better stats.

The stats you’re looking for are Physical or Magical Attack Level.
For the first line, the maximum value is 4.
For the second and third line, the maximum value is 3.25.

You don’t have to aim for perfect lines, normally having 2 good lines is
more than enough. Some people even skip it until your next weapon Vestige of
Soul.

2.3.6. Imprint System

This is an optional system that can improve your weapon. By imprinting Red
(Condition), Blue (Chance), and Yellow Stones (Effect) onto your weapon you can
gain a temporary buff to your stats.
They’re optional because they’re a bit inconsistent and extremely expensive.

Let’s start by Red (Condition) from the best condition to the least:
When attacking enemies with 10% HP or higher.
When attacking enemies with 20% HP or higher.
When attacking enemies with 30% HP or higher OR When MP is below
60%. This condition keeps checking at a rapid rate everytime your MP drops below
60%.
For Blue (Chance), the maximum value is 30% or [3*Enhancement Lv.].
For Yellow (Effect) starting from the best effects to the least:
Physical or Magical Attack Power will increase by x%. (Maximum value is
5%)
Skill Damage will increase by x%. (Maximum value is 5%)
Critical Damage or Damage to Boss will increase by x%. (Maximum value
is 5%)

You could also opt for Critical or Maximize will increase by x% if you need
to inflate your cp. (Maximum value is 10%)
Some options for Supports are:
For 5 sec., enemy resistance will decrease by x. (Maximum value is 55)
For 5 sec., x% HP or MP recovery per sec. (Maximum value is 10% for HP
and 5% for MP)

All Effects have a 20s cooldown and cannot be overlapped. Conditions

on the other hand can overlap if the values are different.
2.3.7 Attribute System
Another optional system, as the attributes will only apply when doing
commands or active skills. Some pets can trigger this effect like Jay or Mellow
- Yellow. You can obtain El Shards by using El Shard (Mystery) for a random
element, or through Ice Burners at an abundant amount. Just buy it from the
market.
As you can see, I didn’t even bother with it.

What you’re looking for is Wind 2 Water 2 or Wind 4 if your character has a
lot of command/active skill application (like Celestia’s Scorpio Card). The
material costs ramp up every attribute (51, 153, 306, 612) so if you’re doing a
combination (like Wind 2 Water 2) it might be wiser to leave the last 2 attributes
to the cheapest option.
If you’re a freezer, always go Light 4.
You can also attribute your armor, but it’s kinda useless for PvE. A
combination of Water and Light will increase your resistances, thus reducing your
time spent Frozen or Stunned.

2.4. Artifact Equipment

Unlocked after Master Class, Artifact Equipments are gears that you can
obtain through Master Road Dungeons at a very rare chance. I’d recommend just
buying them on the Market.

I don’t remember if there was a default hotkey assigned to opening master artifacts
but you can find it there.

At Stage 3 Growth, you’ll unlock Hidden Power. The first two attributes are
only Master Skill related buffs, but the third line you can get Damage to Boss
Monster up to 15%.

You can reset a line by using a “Blessed Master Artifact Hidden Power Scroll”.
They’re expensive and rare drop.

What stats should I look for on Artifacts?

Circlets: 20~24% Crit/Maximize total.
Armor: 20~24% Damage Reduction.
Necklace: Any.
Rings: 5~10% Critical Damage.
You could also buy cheap Artifacts and reroll their additional effects
with Blessed Time and Space Scrolls if the ones with stats are too expensive.
Rerolling can be very expensive though.

What are those Colors, a.k.a. Special Effects? They’re additional sockets
that you can put on the artifacts, if you bought from the market there’s a chance it’s
already socketed. If they’re not, you can buy cheap Artifact Spirit Stone Shards
and socket them. You may need an Artifact Spirit Stone Wedge to unlock the
socket. Aim for Yellow Color if you’re a DPS/Damage Support, Green Color if
you’re a Healer. Keep in mind that the set effects only activate after you finish
leveling (Stage 4 Growth) your Master Artifact (Pet).
One day I’ll have a perfect circlet. That day is very far away LMAO.
Blessed Time and Space Scroll

2.5. Socketing (Boss Damage)

With your new Rigomor Set and maybe Yellow Artifact Special Effect 2/5,
you’re probably already overcapping your Critical and Maximize Sockets. Let’s fix
that by crafting, upgrading and socketing Shining Dual Magic Stone of
Pursuits.

If you’ve done Heroic Dungeons, you should have the materials for it.

2.6. Master Road Accessories

If you’ve done your Master Road dailies and/or weeklies you should have
some Mark of Acknowledgement accumulated.

Once you have all the Master Road Accessories you don’t need to farm it anymore.

At the Accessory NPC, you can craft them if you have 1000 Mark of
Acknowledgements.
Which MR Accessories should I craft? Depends on what Ice Burner
Accessories you plan to use, but it’s a choice of 3 accessories between Earth
Aura Earring, Wind Aura Hair Ornament (Face Middle), Water Aura Arm
Ornament and Fire Aura Necklace or Nasod Controller.

Dark Aura Halo, El Aura Halo and Sun Aura Insignia occupy the SAME slot of
Demonic Vine Crown and Agate Fragment respectively so DON’T craft them.

You could also consider using a Velder Kingdom’s Necklace (Strength,

Wisdom) or Velder Kingdom’s Necklace (Victory, Destruction) if you are saving
for future IB or cannot purchase one.
You can get them by opening Advanced Adventurer Cubes but they’re somewhat
rare.

2.7. Ice Burner Costumes

Obtainable by opening Ice Burners from Item Mall (Cash Shop), those
costumes offer a considerable amount of stats. Since there are two set effects,
let’s talk about it.
5/5 Costume means Hair, Top Piece, Bottom Piece, Gloves and Shoes.
3/4 or 4/4 Costume means Weapons and Accessories.

5/5 is marked in red, 3/4 or rather 2/4 is marked in blue. I am using 5/5 Apostolos
with 2/4 Aurora Mustika in this picture.

Which IB Set should I aim for? Currently we have the best IB for NA Server,
Sacred Knights, but in May/June 2023 we will have Dreaming Automata which is
even better but only available currently on the KR Server (IBs take about 6 months
to come to NA).
Which Accessories should I aim for?
For SK get Weapon, Accessory Top Piece and Face Accessory (Middle).
For DA get Weapon, Accessory Top Piece and Necklace.
Adjust your Master Road Accessories accordingly.
Weapon IBs have two socket slots instead of one, so if you’re planning on
buying a cheaper weapon offset make sure that it’s not a normal costume Weapon.

2.7.1. Magic Wardrobe

Magic Wardrobe is a system that can change the looks of your costume.
You have to first register the look and then apply on the costume you want to.
Items registered on the wardrobe cannot be traded without Hanger Removal.
Applying looks will automatically register the item as well so be careful.

Hanger Removal is only obtainable through Item Mall.

2.8. Titles (Mid Game)

Here we’ll talk about important titles available in the mid game. I’ll separate
by function so let’s start with damage titles.

Although nobody uses it, it’s not that bad.

This is slightly better than Prof. Pho’s First Pupil. I’d recommend skipping or
obtaining from making alts for ESPC.
You will be using this for a long time until you can farm Berthe Raid. It’s the best
non-raid title.

Slightly better than Survival of the Cold but the requirements are too high. Gives
less CP than SoTC.

This is a swap title. You swap to this, awaken by using Peek-a-Boo Onions and
then swap back. Peek-a-Boo Onions are obtainable through Guild Food.

Next, some defensive options for raid.

Allows you to not die for 3 seconds once you receive a fatal attack.

Same thing as Eclipse, but slightly worse as it offers no stats.

Good title if you’re low on damage reduction or boss damage reduction. The
polarize is kinda annoying though.

Next, some other titles.

Offers you a full HP/MP recovery when awakening and is the best EXP Title. Also
used to grind other titles. Swap at the end of the dungeon.
Helpful for rare drop dungeons like Sanctuary of the Soul and Capital-Bound
Train. Swap it in before the boss dies.

Useful for freezers to reduce the boss's resistance.

2.9. El Search Party Collection

The El Search Party Collection or ESPC for short is a system where you
register your characters for extra stats.
I love this image so much.

Which characters should I focus on first for ESPC?

For Elsword: Rune Master and Immortal.
For Aisha: Lord Azoth for potion cooldown.
For Rena: Twilight and Prophetess.
For Raven: None.
For Eve: Code: Ultimate or Code: Esencia, Code: Sariel and Code:
Antithese.
For Chung: Centurion and Dius Aer. Comet Crusader and Fatal Phantom
for CP inflation.
For Ara: Surya.
For Elesis: Adrestia for CP inflation. Flame Lord for freezers.
For Add: Dominator and Mad Paradox (Lower priorities).
For Luciel: Catastrophe, Innocent, Diangelion and Demersio.
For Rose: Minerva and Prime Operator. Tempest Burster for Synergy.
For Ain: Herrscher. Richter for CP inflation and Bluhen for potion recovery.
For Laby: Radiant Soul or Nisha Labyrinth. Twins Picaro for mp cost
reduction.
For Noah: Liberator and Celestia or Nyx Pieta. Morpheus for Synergy.

Preferably you wanna Master Class all of the above for maximum stats.

2.9.1. Synergy
Synergy is a system where you can select 6 characters to gain its synergy
effect. Normally you don’t wanna use this unless for raids or you’re trying to reach
end game content’s CP or you’re in the end game.

You can have multiple synergy effects like shown above. You will also have to
unlock the slots by paying 5m ED one time only.

You can buy this at Ariel’s EP Shop to activate your synergy. It costs 20m for a 7
day ticket. Can also stack. S/O NotJimmy for not knowing this and paying extra on
item mall LMAO.
Which Synergies are we looking for?

If you don’t have Catastrophe and Demersio at 3rd Job, you can swap for
Diangelion instead. If you’re a 4th Path do not swap out Demersio.

This will give you Demon 3/3, Sharp 3/6, Distorted Gaze 2/2, Titan Slayer
2/5, 4th Path 3/6. In short, 2% Adaptation, 3% Polarize, 2% Continuous Damage
and 3% All Skill Damage (4th path only). There are other synergies that don’t use
Demon 3/3 for more damage but until you reach the maximum Adaptation it won’t
give that much damage, especially on the later dungeons.

Some other useful synergies are:

2/5 or 5/5 Researcher for Title grinding if you don’t have Guardian of Secret
Closed Space.
1/1 Accomplished Steps, Abundant Steps and/or Adept Steps for farming
(not recommended because of synergy upkeep cost).
3/6 3rd Path for the Broken Seal of Time’s Resurrection for raids. (does not
stack with Nyx Pieta’s Benediction, Demersio’s Eternal Demersio and Mad
Paradox’s Seal of Time).
4/4 It’s Fine Cuz It Hurts for the extra Resurrection. (does not stack with
Resurrection Titles like Eclipse or Forginay’s Fruit).

2.9.2 Alt Character Guide (ESPC)

There are a few things you could do to make life easier when making
characters to fill your ESPC book.
You could pre-farm Master Class Step 2/5 and 4/5 (Clear 20 Rigomor and
10 Master Road Steps) as they require quest materials. Make a character that can
do Sea of Ruin or Trosh’s Nest and Gaia Master Road very efficiently and
bankshare the quest materials. For Step 2/5 only, Eve’s/Add’s use Ancient
Memory and Ain’s/Noah’s use Memory Piece instead of Apparition of Will
which everyone else uses.
You can make an easier clearing class and Job Change before finishing
the 5/5 Step of 3rd Job Change Quest with the [Cobo] Transcendence 2nd Class
Change Ticket from EP Shop.
Having an extra Void Weapon Cube and SD Gears allow you to have early
access to those equipment, making Transcendence Quest and replenishing Void
Weapon much easier.
You can use Master Road Accessories and DoSI Accessories as soon as
you have access to Bank NPC.
You can have ERP points on All Skill Damage for much faster clearing or
EXP Gain alongside with EXP Medal to skip a few dungeons. (All Skill Damage will
greatly help you do the remaining 6 Master Road dungeons from MC Quest)
You can use the 40 Sage Stones from Prof. Pho’s First and Second Growth
Guide to socket Rigomor Set or IB Costumes as you can bankshare the
equipment and socket on your alt.
You can bankshare [Cobo] Tome of Amnesias that you get from reaching
Lv.99. Same thing applies with the [Cobo] Corrupted Dimension Master’s
Accessories Full Set (30 Days) Accessories. You can also easily get a free
Permanent DoSI Accessory with Prof. Pho’s First Growth Guide’s Lesson 2.
You can hide the New El Resonance! quest to save your free [Ariel] El
Resonance Point Reset Scroll instead of having it expire early.
You can buy [Cobo] Resurrection Stone (10) Cubes, [Luriel] Mana Elixir,
Any [Cobo] Costumes, [Cobo] Fetch Aura or [Cobo] Summon Stone:
Cockatigle with the remaining EP on the EP Shop and bankshare them. You could
also buy Pets but they’re much inferior than the Event ones. Reminder that you will
have to buy [Ariel] Character Slot Expansion Card (1 space) and [Ariel]
Mysterious Collection Book to continue making ESPC Alts smoothly.

For reference I’ll tell how much EP you can gain through Epic Quests:
Characters from Elsword to Ain:
Finishing from Ruben to Elysion gives you a total of 1115 EP.
Finishing from Ruben to Water Dragon Sanctum gives you 1330 EP.
(Elrianode City takes too long if you’re farming EP)
Finishing from Ruben to Elrianode gives you 1730 EP.
Laby:
Finishing from East Lurensia to Central Fluone gives you a total of 627 EP.
Finishing from East Lurensia to Elrianode gives you 1027 EP.
Noah:
Finishing from Northern Lanox to Northern Lanox R gives you a total of 599
EP.
Finishing from Northern Lanox to Elrianode gives you 899 EP.
If you wanna farm EP, Celestia (Noah 2nd Path) is the fastest runner
(fastest EP per minute). Prime Operator (Rose 4th Path) or Code: Antithese
(Eve 4th Path) if you need to buy expensive non-costume (costumes are
character specific) EP items.
2.10. ERP Leveling
In this section I’ll be talking about ERP Leveling Spots and things that will
increase your EXP Gain. Run with at least someone else so you can stay with
the Party Queue Buff.
From ERP 1 to 200 or till 1.5m CP: Altera SD, Elrianode City, Debrian
Laboratory (Normal Mode) and/or Fishing. City is the slowest, Lab is the hardest
and Altera only opens twice a week but is the best one. Fishing can be done afk.
From ERP 200 to 300: Trosh’s Nest. Please read the guide that I will talk
about in the next section.
From ERP 300+ or 2.85m+ CP: Plegas’s Reflection. You will need at the
very least 100 ASD 100 EXP Gain and 100 Adaptation as this dungeon reduces
your damage by 80%.

As for the things that will Increase EXP Gain:

100 EXP Gain in ERP: Easy +200% Exp.
100% Exp Medal: Trade in Ariel for 5 El Rewards.
Denif’s Blessing or Furniture Blessing: Go to Charming Geyser or Spirit
Falls for a 30 minute +30% Exp buff. Having El House Furnitures that grant
Furniture Blessing gives you a 30 minute +35% or +50% Exp buff. (very
expensive).
Blue and Giant Mystics Stones: Grants in total +180% Exp, very important
for above ERP 200. Red and Yellow reduces your damage too much but will
increase up to +234% Exp. FoJ +9 is recommended as it gives extra slots.
Guardian of Secret Closed Space: +20% Exp. Can switch at the end of the
dungeon for minimal damage loss.
2x Advanced Gem of Skill: Each gem gives 6% for a total of +12% Exp.
Socket it in your Pet.
Skill Cut-In and Custom Awakening: same Skill Cut-Ins can be assigned for
all 4 types of skill each giving 2% Exp, and Custom Awakening also can give 2% for
a total of +10% Exp. Grab it through Event Dungeons or Item Mall.
Guild Skill Comrade’s Cheer: +15% Exp.
Guild Fountain Stage 5: +10% Exp. Very expensive.
Guild EXP Contract: +50% Exp for an hour, requires 20 Guild Coins.
Promotional Costumes: +10% Exp. Not recommended, too much
damage loss.
Socketing Shining Dual Magic Stone of Growth: up to +114% Exp. Not
recommended, too much damage loss.
2.10.1. Trosh’s Nest Guide
Let’s first understand the layout of the dungeon. Thanks to “방장” for the
complex layout of the dungeon. Source. If you just want to see the mob's location,
the source version is clearer.

This is a run containing 2 players marked in Red and Purple. Watch out for the
Snail’s Pattern as he sometimes does the one marked in Gray. During screen
transition some Hyperactives such as Immortal’s Blade Rain and Furious
Blade’s Final Blade carry on to the next stage. It’s also very common to use
Transformation Hyperactives such as Metamorphy’s My Magical Debut and
Celestia’s Luminary on the screen transition.

Marked in Blue are platforms that make you slide. In Green are places that you
need to stand to spawn the mobs. Star Icon mobs are mobs that take a few
seconds to spawn.
Some characters can zoom through geysers if they have dash skills.

This part can be overwhelming for only 2 players especially if they’re not that good
at clearing.

Next we have the Boss Room. It is very important to not make mistakes
in this part so pay close attention to your MINIMAP. If you’re a Code: Esencia,
Catastrophe or Prime Operator, get rid of your summons ASAP.
Have at least one player do the blue route. People going for the purple route
MUST WAIT until Trosh moves to the left marked in red before going,
otherwise you can’t aim for a quick kill.

Do NOT hit the boss until it’s stacked and frozen like the image above. One
person freezes with a water orb and the other one throws a wind orb to reduce
its defense. If you lower its HP below 70% you will still have a couple of
seconds to kill it before it switches phases. Jumping will also move Trosh so
beware.

Next, let’s talk about a few things you will need in this dungeon.
Force Passive Head Hunter (Elite or Unique) to burst boss.
Force Active Hyper Acceleration (Elite or Unique) to move faster in the
dungeon.
Force Active Soul Harvest to kill Seahorses that take too long to spawn.
Water Orb to freeze boss. Wind Orb if your duo is using Water Orb already.
Undying Flame to lure the boss.
Blessed Giant Potion for larger skills and sometimes Twister Apple for
faster movement.
About 1.5m CP to solo burst Trosh or less if duoing.

Due to the nature of the dungeon, it’s very common to make alts just for
EXP Farming in Trosh or above for faster runs. For reference, soloing in 2 minutes
and partying in 1 minute 40 seconds is a good pace for Trosh.
Some of the Characters need specific Mod Skill to burst the Trosh, like
Furious Blade’s Mod Hypersonic Stab, others have some skill that deals more
damage due to having splash property such as Fatal Phantom’s Deadly Shot.
For people struggling to burst, here’s a tip: Before freezing Trosh, hit him
with a skill to lower his HP but not too hard or he’ll enter his 2nd phase at 70%
HP. If you get him lower than 70% while he’s frozen, you will have a few
additional seconds before he transitions to another phase.
+9 or higher FoJ with EXP Blue and Giant Mystics are highly
recommended since the gap between ERP 200 and 300 is very large for you to fill
without an exp weapon.
2.11. ED Farming
As you progress into the game, the need for ED increases, so it’s time to
explain what you can do to farm it.
The first method, fastest and easiest, is to spend real life currency and
sell items from Item Mall, such as Chlorites or Fluorite Ores. If you’re a light
spender or poor like me, some items from Battle Pass can be sold at a high price
or you could wait for a sales event to happen.
But for the people who are extreme F2P or cannot afford the first method, let’s
start with the ones you can do on a time basis.
Heroic Dungeon’s Daily Special Reward for the Shining Dual Magic Stone
of Pursuit or Growth.
Henir’s Time and Space Weekly Reward for the Eroding Energy, Get
Greedy and/or Upgraded Force Skills.
PvP Weekly Quest for the Fighter Potions.
Rosso Raid Weekly Clear for the Shining Mystic Stones.
Shadow Vein’s Daily Special Reward for the Shining Mystic Stones.
Tirnog’s Daily Special Reward for the Tenebrous Gear.

Then some things that aren’t affected by Item Drop Rate.

Titan’s Grotto for the Portable Energy Coil. Not worth using tickets.
Master Road Dungeons for the Artifact Equipment, Master Road
Accessories and Blessed Master Artifact Hidden Power Scrolls. Very Rare Drop.
Plegas’s Labyrinth for the Plegas’s Manifestation.

Next, Raw ED Drop.

Debrian Laboratory (Normal Mode). Can also complete Elrianode Weekly
Quest for extra Refined Magic Stones.
Transporting Tunnel: CA (Altera), Dragon Nest: Abyss (Bethma) or Grand
Cavern: Source of Demonic Energy (Lanox) Secret Dungeon. Can also use Item
Drop Rate for Barrier’s Fragment.
Add’s Energy Fusion Theory. Uses a lot of Stamina.

Then, specifically for Item Drop Rate.

Elrianode Dungeons for the Corrupted Elrianode Accessories.
Guardian’s Forest for the Demonic Vine Crown. Rare Drop.
Dark Elves’ Outpost for the Nightmare Blindfold. Rare Drop.
Shadow Vein for the Agate Fragment.
Abandoned Deep-sea Tunnel for the Complete Energy Conversion
Device. Very Rare Drop.
Trosh’s Nest for Glaciem.
Abandoned Icerite Plant for more Glaciem.
Glacial Land for the Mark of Alliance. Rare Drop.
Sanctuary of the Soul for the Baryon’s Fur Ornament. Rare Drop. Use
Party Finder.
Capital-Bound Train for the Engine Cooling System. Rare Drop. Use Party
Finder.
Plegas’s Gaze for the Artifact Spirit Stone Shards.
Concert Mania for the Tasma Aura.

2.12. Miscellaneous
Next up we have a few things I wasn’t able to talk about and explain.
Everything that I’ll talk about in this section isn't too important and could be skipped if
you want, but it has some benefits so it might be good to read.

2.12.1. Pets
Pets are summons that grant you stats if their hunger is above 40%. If your
HP drops below 40% your pet can also give you Encouragement and provide
some additional stats. By having 3000 Growth Points your pet will also unlock
Special Encouragement that gives a random effect that can even further boost
your stats. Having above 70% affinity will also increase the effects of your buffs
up to 1.4x but this will make it so that your pet cannot eat anything other than El
Tree Seeds, Strange El Tree Seeds and El Tree Fruits.
You can increase your Growth Points by Refilling its Nutrition with QPL
Jellies (Exchange at Blacksmith NPC). Can also be used to feed the pet but it’s
much cheaper to use trash gear (Buy a bunch of Gloves in Ruben) instead.
You’ll eventually get to 3000 Growth Points if you keep refilling its nutrition with QPL
Jellies. Encouragement Cooldown and Duration is highly recommended to have.

Every pet has 2 accessory slots that can be used to slot Gems of Skill. The
most used ones are Experience points received increases by x%, Consumable
Cooldown Decreases by x% and sometimes Encourage Duration Increase x%.
You can also slot Pet Expedition related gems if you need it for farming.
And finally, Pet Auto Consumption Slots. Those are extra slots that will
automatically use pots when your HP or MP reach a certain threshold.
Apparently the KR playerbase uses ~70% HP and ~30% MP. ~45% MP if the class is
very chuggy.

Don’t forget the Fetch Aura (automatically picks up Items and ED on the
ground), you can buy a permanent one through Ariel’s EP Shop.

2.12.2. Skill Cut-In, Custom Awakening

Skill Cut-Ins and Custom Awakenings can provide you with a bit of stats.

You can get EXP Gain +2%, Strength or Bravery Skill Damage +1%. It’s a minor
stat boost. Yes, using the same Skill Cut-In will apply and stack the effects.

2.12.3. Security Pin

On your Character Select screen, there’s a security pin button right beside
the character creation button. Setting up your security pin will reward you with
Stewardship Coins that you can exchange in Bethma at Stella for Stamina
Potions or El Tree Fruits/Seeds. This is one of the few ways you can obtain
stamina potions so it might be a good idea to have a security pin.

2.12.4. Pet PvP

This is a minigame that you can enter if you have at least 3 pets. It’s
basically pokemon, where you put your pets to fight other pets. Doing the Daily
Quest gives you Mark of Honorary Trainer which you can exchange at Camilla for
Stamina Potions or El Tree Seeds.
You can have multiples of the same pet.

2.12.5. Achievements
Achievements can provide you a few useful items, such as El’s Hammers,
Guild Coins, Stamina Potions, Mark of Acknowledgements, El Resonance
Point Reset Coins, Twisted Sage’s Magic Stones and more. Every 4000
Achievement Points increases your movement speed on the village.
You can save El Hammers by claiming when you need to use them as they expire in
7 days once claimed.

2.13. Berthe Raid

This raid, contrary to Rosso Raid, is a lot harder and requires you to know
the mechanics before doing it. I highly recommend you to watch tutorial videos
so you can get used to the bosses patterns and its mechanics. As a beginner, the
only thing you can do is play a support class and provide as much support as
you can. We’ll talk about what types of support are commonly requested in the
party composition section.

2.13.1 Preparation
So before we talk about classes in specific, let’s talk about what you need to
survive the raid.
Low% Polarize. As much as you can without sacrificing too much, Crimson
Rigomor Set users may struggle to reduce it lower than 20%.
~32.5% Damage Reduction. Use Guild Food Ultimate Dinner Set (Not shown
in stats, 22.5% with it to reach 32.5%) and Velder Kingdom’s Necklace (Endurance,
Protector) if you can’t reach it.
45% Boss Damage Reduction. It’s easily obtainable with Heroic Stones.
High% Adaptation. You wanna aim for at least 25%. Use Corrupted DoSI
Accessories, Electrostimulation Field, Agate Fragment and New Queen’s Ornament
to reach as much Adaptation as you can.
Illipia’s Aura (Higher Rarity is Optional). With the stats above you shouldn’t
need higher level Illipia’s Aura but it’s good to have.
Skill Cooldown Reduction (Blockers and Healers). Celestias need 30%
CDR and Demersios need 35% CDR. Healers need as much as they can fit as long
as it doesn’t sacrifice the heal itself (Most Healing Skills are based on CP).
Dark Orb (1~2 Person). For 15-6-3 (Altar of Invocation Phase 3) Single Orb
Attack and Laser Attack. Skip Single Orb Attack if you’re the only one with Dark Orb
and don’t have Seasonal IB Buff (Potion CD 5s every 60s).
Wind Orb. As many people as you can.
Light Orb (Healers if Low CP). Helps heal during important attacks.
Resurrection Title. Eclipse or Forginay’s Fruit.
Super Armor (Optional). Helps stay within the Blocker’s range during skill
bans. Use Healthy Bulky Juice (Guild Food, use Pet Gems of Skill to reduce CD to
maintain duration) or Giant Stone Apple.

You can enter the dungeon with damage gears and swap to a defensive gear
inside.

2.13.2. Party Composition

A Berthe Raid Party usually needs: 1~2 DPS, 1 Blocker, 1 Freezer, 1~2
Healers and as many Cooldown Accelerators and Damage Buffers you can fit in
the remaining slots.
Blockers currently there’s only two classes that can do it, Demersio and
Celestia (Harder to time). I highly recommend picking Demersio over Celestia,
as she can Block, Freeze, Heal, CDA and Damage Buff and her Block lasts a
whole second instead of 0.3s.
Freezers usually have Healing skills but most of them scales with CP so you
might struggle with low CP.
CDA and Damage Buffers are present on a lot of characters including the
ones with the roles above so it’s most of the time the last priority.
DPS requires a lot of CP (5m+) and good piloting so it’s very likely you
won’t be able to do it without VoS.

2.13.3. Savage White-Ghost’s Castle Guide

Work in Progress. May take a while.

2.13.4. Altar of Invocation Guide

Work in Progress. May take a while.

2.13.5. Freezing and Petrifying (Berthe Raid)

Work in Progress. May take a while.

2.13.6. Evolution Stage and Title Farming

Work in Progress. May take a while.

2.14. Vestige of Soul Weapon

Now that you have your weapon, let’s do a quick recollection on the steps to
make it stronger.
Wedge and Socket.
Mystic Enchant. (Red: Lv 1.5, Blue: Power +1.5%, Yellow: Power +1%,
Giant: Lv 6, Power +5% and either Lv 6 or Power +5%).
Enhance it to +11.
Additional Effect Rerolling. (2 good Attack Level lines).
Imprint. (Conditions: When attacking enemies with x% HP or higher, When
MP is below x% and When using Special Actives. Effect: Attack Power will increase
by x%, Skill Damage will increase by x% and Critical Damage or Boss Damage will
increase by x%).
Attribute. (2 Wind 2 Water standard, 4 Wind if lots of commands/active or 4
Light if Freezer).
Evolution Stage.

3. End Game Progression (2.85m CP and Above)

By following the steps I’ve told before, you should be close to 2.85m CP or
more. There’s a high chance you even reached that milestone with your +11 FoJ
Weapon while you’re working on your VoS Weapon. If you did so, welcome to the
End Game Grind. It’s time to talk about Artifact Spirit Stone Shards, Tenebrous
Gears, Titles and more.

3.1. Artifact Spirit Stone

By doing Pruinaum Outskirts’s Daily Special Rewards you can obtain
Artifact Spirit Stone Fragments and sometimes drop a few Artifact Spirit Stone
Shards. You can use Artifact Spirit Stone Fragments to craft Specific Artifact
Spirit Stone Shards at the Blacksmith NPC. You’ll have to buy an Artifact Spirit
Stone Wedge to be able to socket your Artifact and you can socket at Denif or
Vasili (Chief Betty if you’ve done the Epic Quest).

For Healers, aim for 5/5 Green Artifacts, otherwise go for 5/5 Yellow Artifacts. You
can obtain random effect and color by using 100 Artifact Spirit Stone Fragments but
it’s better to craft the specific effect.

What effects am I looking for?

Circlet: Skill Cooldown -5% or sometimes MP Cost -5%.
Armor: Damage Reduction +8%.
Necklace: Bravery/Strength Skill Damage +5%.
Rings: Physical and Magical Attack Power +2%.
3.2. Tenebrous Set
Now that you’re 2.85m CP or higher, you can do the Tirnog Daily Quest to
farm Tenebrous Equipment and Tenebrous Aura. Tenebrous Equipment are
character based so you can’t use on every character like Rigomor Set.

Tenebrous Equipment has a special Shadow Effect that requires Shadow

Effect Identification Scroll to identify which you can craft at Betty (Blacksmith
NPC) for 50 Tenebrous Aura.

You can extract effects that you need from other Tenebrous Equipment and
imbue them on the equipment you want to make. Extracting effects destroys the
equipment so beware. Extracted effects do not maintain their extracted value.

You can adjust the chance of the effects you want to extract. You can also dismantle
the gear for Tenebrous Piece and exchange 5 for another gear at Betty (Blacksmith
NPC) if there’s no good effect on it.

What effects am I looking for?

First Line: All Skill Damage Increase 1.5%. (can use Critical Damage as a
temporary stat).
Second Line effects are different for every piece.
★ Top Piece
DPS: Deals continuous damage by 10% of damage dealt.
Supports/Healers: Buff - Nearby Party’s Physical or Magical Attack Power
+1% per 500k CP (Max 10%) or Buff - Nearby Party’s Critical Damage +10%.
★ Bottom Piece
DPS: Damage Reduction 10%.
Support/Healers: Buff - Nearby Party’s HP +1% per 500k CP.
★ Gloves
DPS: Bravery or Strength Skill Damage Increase 10%.
Support/Healers: Buff - Nearby Party’s All Skill Damage 10%.
★ Shoes
DPS: MP Cost Decrease 10% or Buff - Nearby Party’s Action Speed 10%.
Support/Healers: Buff - Nearby Party’s Action Speed 10%.
Third Line: Damage Increase by 2% when attacking enemies with HP 20% or
lower. (It stacks, so it becomes 8% Damage towards 80% HP or lower).

There’s a Reforge Transfer system where you can transfer a r18~21

Rigomor Gear into a r12~15 Tenebrous Gear. This is only viable if you’re
completely sure you won’t need the Rigomor Gear as you’ll lose the reforge on it.
Rigomor Gears are useful for alts as they have no character restriction.
You should make your Tenebrous Set with Perfect Second Line before
starting to reforge and enhance it as you can keep extracting and imbuing until you
get the perfect stat as it’ll reduce your overall cost.
Start focusing the Gloves and Top Piece first as you can wear 2 Tenebrous
and 2 Rigomor and still gain a bit more damage. +8 r15 should be enough to make
up for the 4 Rigomor Set Effect loss.
You’ll use on average 9487.5 Tenebrous Aura, 63.250 Magical Crystal,
261.75m ED and 29~30 Blessed Chlorite Seeds (10%) to reforge ONE piece of
equipment from 0 to 15.
Enhancements priority are the same as Rigomor Set, Gloves -> Top Piece
-> Rest.
Same goes for Additional Effects, All Skill Damage +0.5% is still the best.
Don’t forget to Wedge it.

3.3. Titles (End Game)

Here are the titles used in the end game.
Lets you reset one skill cooldown every 25s. Can also be used as a Resurrection
Title.

*pic of Black and White*

Your standard damage title. Make sure to have plenty of El’s Essences.

*pic of Freed Shadow*

Upgraded Guardian of Elrianode title with higher duration. Can also be used to
Tank and as Resurrection Title.

Upgraded Guardian of Secret Closed Space. Does not give you HP/MP recovery
when awakening so it’s more of a farming title.

1 - Title pictures on step 3.3. I don’t even have them unlocked pepelaf.
2 - contemplating adding an EP Shop Section.
3 - Consumable guide xdd send help.
4 - Re-evaluate the 2.0. section (mid game, lots of people are feeling lost,
make it easier to understand).
5 - fit Adaptation items somewhere (new queen’s ornament, nightmare
blindfold, agate fragment, electrostimulation field, kusharta’s mask).
6 - Berthe Raid guide when? Honestly i’m very lazy but i still need to run more
times to understand it completely. Still wondering if it’s possible to make a video
tutorial since it’s easier to understand that way.
