Online Admissions for FIRST YEAR Diploma Engineering after 10 Standard th

Year: 2023-24
For the year 2023-24, ACPDC will carry out web-based Online Admissions for FIRST YEAR Diploma Engineering
admission after 10th Standard (SSC) for eligible candidates on state quota seats of Government, Grant in Aid and
Unaided Institutes as well as voluntarily surrendered Management Quota seats by Self-Financed Institutes for the
admission year 2023-24. All candidates who have passed 10th Standard (SSC) before the year 2023 will be able to
Register online from 16/05/2023 for the admission year 2023-24. All candidates who have passed 10th Standard
(SSC) in the year 2023, will be able to Register online for the admission year 2023-24, only after the declaration of
10th Standard (SSC) result. Any candidate seeking admission has to compulsorily fill online registration form.
There is no need to submit or get verified any document in person. The entire Admission Process is online.
(1) Candidates can do online registration from 16/05/2023 to 14/06/2023 by logging on to the website -
https://gujdiploma.admissions.nic.in.
(2) As a Part of admission process, Online Registration is compulsory via internet media. Candidates can use
Mobile/Computer/Laptop/Tablet. Information of Online registration process, E- Information Booklet & Video

(3) To complete the online registration process, a candidate has to fill complete details, upload the necessary
documents and pay Registration Fees of Rs.250/- (Nonrefundable) through online mode only on
https://gujdiploma.admissions.nic.in. For any guidance, candidate can contact helpline No. 079-26566000
(24X7). The duly filled registration form can be downloaded from aforementioned website. For participating in
further admission process Online payment of Registration Fees is compulsory.
(4) It is advisable to fill the bank details of candidate/ joint account holder’s details during online registration
process, for the convenience of online refund of token tuition fees, if applicable.
(5) To facilitate online registration, Help Center (open from 11:00 AM to 05:00 PM on all working days) are
available free of cost at all institutions/Colleges which are participating in Diploma Admission process. List of
such institutions/Colleges is available on https://acpdc.gujarat.gov.in/. Online Registration can be done at any
such Help center, following all Covid-19 protocols as declared by Government time to time. Candidates can
visit any Help center for uploading the documents required for online registration.
(6) Eligibility for admission
(a) Candidate who has passed Gujarat Secondary examination board 10th standard (SSC) exam with
Mathematics/ Basic Mathematics / Standard Mathematics, Science, English or its equivalent examination.
OR
(b) Candidate who has passed 10th standard (SSC) with Mathematics/ Basic Mathematics / Standard
Mathematics, Science, English + two years valid certificate course of NCVT/ GCVT/ TEB/ IGTR
OR
(c) Candidate who has passed 8thstandard + two or more than two years valid certificate course of NCVT/GCVT
and 10thstandard exam (SSC) from GHSEB or NIOS or its equivalent, with Mathematics/ Basic Mathematics
/ Standard Mathematics, Science, English and Gujarati.
Imp. Note: Details of corresponding Diploma Course for particular certificate courses of TEB/ITI/IGTR is made
available on https://acpdc.gujarat.gov.in/. Such certificate holder candidates are informed to fill
registration form after checking their eligibility.
(7) Each and every information related to online admission process like admission rules, available seats, eligibility
for admission, institutes list, tuition fee, last year cutoff, explanation of registration process and various
necessary forms, is available on https://acpdc.gujarat.gov.in/ Candidates are instructed to read every
information carefully before doing online registration.
(8) All further events of the online admission process after registration will be as per Key Dates available on the
official website of committee along with E-Booklet.
(9) During verification of candidate's online registration form if any discrepancy is found, a query will be generated
and sent to the candidate's registered Mobile & Email. Candidate must upload the required documents to
solve any such query. Thus, every candidate is informed to check in his/her Login frequently on
https://gujdiploma.admissions.nic.in. Candidates can also visit any nearby Help Center following all Covid-19
protocols as declared by Government time to time, for uploading the required documents.
(10) For all the latest information and updates regarding the admission process, all interested candidates and
their parents are advised to visit the above websites of ACPDC from time to time.
