“Sir what kind of our products would you like to purchase”… And the customer says “ I would like to see
some of your best suits” ….then the sales guy goes and looks for one suit and said “if it might interest
you sir this is the same kind of suit that the USA president wore on the day he resumed office” ..what do
you fell that instant.. you would probably say in your mind that…”so I’m going to be wearing the same
kind of suit that the president of USA wore on the day he resumed office” right there the customer has
already pictured him or her self in the dress or suit

So pls tell me would the person buy the suit or not?

A big YES of course he would gladly buy the suit why … Because you gave him the emotional satisfaction
of being in the same kind of suit as the president of USA, so that is the emotional aspect then the logical
aspect.. imagine If the sales guy had been rude or did not satisfy the characteristic requirements of a
trust worthy person, would the customer buy the product?... Of course NOT, why.. because even if you
had successfully made him emotionally exited you did not make him or her comfortable spending that
kind of money. Even if the said customer eventually buys the product one way or the other there is 75%
chance of him not coming to buy from you again

So what we are driving at is that customers need

Trust

Respect

Guarantee

For them to actually come to your place over and over again..

So anytime you want to sell something to someone make sure you establish trust and respect between
you so that person won’t see it as a mistake when he buys something from you
