RE: OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT ON CONTRACT TERMS AS LINGUISTIC SPECIALIST


BASED ON FRENCH LANGUAGE.
I am pleased to inform you that you have given a one year (1) contract on
employment terms as linguistic specialist based on French language at the Cobb-
Vantress ttC, Arkansas.

As an Employee the following terms and conditions shall apply.

1.0 Tenure
You shall work at the Cobb-Vantress for the one year(1) commencing from 01
July,2024 to 30 June ,2025. A contract will be renewed with considering to
your working performance.
2.0 Emoluments
You will be paid a honorarium of USD 17 per hour at the end of each week,
The total payment of USD 1000 made per week. You shall work maximum 8
hours per day, If you will work overtime you shall be paid for extra hours. If you
will opt per month, Total payment shall be USD 4000.
3.0 Transport
You are eligible to be paid Transport allowance at a rate of USD 20 per day.
4.0 Working days.
4.1 The normal working days are from Monday to Friday. You may
be asked by your supervisor to work on Saturdays, Sunday and/or
holiday with extra duty allowances subject to necessary approvals
by the manager.
4.2 The normal working hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm but
you may be asked by your supervisor to work beyond the normal
working hours with extra duty allowances subject to necessary
approval by the manager.
5.0 Duties
Your day-to-day duties and responsibilities will be as they attached herewith
and you shall be responsible to the Head, Human resource department.
6.0 Applicable Laws
Your conduct will be governed by the staff Regulations of the Cobb-Vantress
Directives issued by state staff circular and such other laws of the state current
in force.
7.0 Termination
Your services at the Cobb-Vantress may be terminated by the following
7.1 In the event of insubordination misconduct or in efficient, at
any time by giving one month notice in writing or by paying you
an amount equal to one month’s salary in lieu of notice.
7.2 You are at liberty to terminate your appointment by giving
one month’s notice in writing or by paying to the ttC an amount
equal to one month’s salary in lieu of notice.
