Job Offer Letter for “Saim Ali Rashid”

Job Title

Your title will be “Customer Service Representative” in the Sales Department at Massive
Dynamics, and you will report to your manager “Mr. Ghansham”.

Working Schedule and KPIs

Work Schedule Monday to Saturday 9:00 pm - 6:00 am Pak Standard Time


Status On-site, Full Time Position

KPIs • All form of Support to clients.


• CRM supervision on daily bases.

The KPIs could be change as per company requirements and


company hold the right to change the job designation/ job duties as
per company requirements.

Salary, Allowances & Benefits


The monthly salary and allowances for this position are as follows:

Basic Salary PKR 30,000/- PKR


Benefits  Leave Encashment for Annual Leaves
 Travelling Allowance 7500/- on-site Employee.
 Paid Leaves: [Annual Leave (14), Casual Leave (08) and
sick leave (08)].
 Medical Insurance.
 Over time and Performance Bonus.

Your salary, allowances and benefits shall be in accordance with the policies approved by the
Board of Directors/CEO of the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify/alter/amend
such policies and limits of allowances and benefits from time to time, as and when required.

Probation

Your employment with the Company is also subject to satisfactory completion of a probationary
period of two (02) months. The Company reserves the right to extend the probationary period(s)at
its discretion but not longer than six (6) months starting from the Date of Joining. You shall
continue to be employed on probation, unless your employment is confirmed in writing upon
which you will be entitled to Company benefits available to permanent staff in your grade from
the date of confirmation.

During probation, if the candidate takes a leave (approved or unapproved), it will be considered
unpaid.

Cash Compensation

Salary

You will receive your salary on the 10th of each month and allowances will be applicable
after probation.

This salary will be subject to adjustment pursuant to the Company’s employee compensation
policies, as the company payroll structure works from 26th to 26th each month.

Payroll Example 1: if person A joins the company on 20th of a given month, he/she shall be paid
his salary 10th of the next month for 6 working days counting 20th-26th, as on 26th the payroll
will close. However, the remaining days will be compensated in the next month's salary.

Payroll Example 2: if person B joins the company on 27th which is the end of month, he/she shall
be paid his salary 10th of the following month not the next month. as on 26th the payroll will close.
However, the remaining days will be compensated in the next month's salary.

Tax Withholding

All forms of compensation referred to in this letter agreement are subject to reduction to reflect
applicable withholding and payroll taxes and other deductions required by law.

Tax Advice

You are encouraged to obtain your own tax advice regarding your compensation from the
Company. You agree that the Company does not have a duty to design its compensation policies
in a manner that minimizes your tax liabilities, and you will not make any claim against the
Company, or its Board of Directors related to tax liabilities arising from your compensation.

Privacy and Confidentiality Agreements Privacy Agreement

You are required to observe and uphold all of the Company’s privacy policies and procedures as
implemented or varied from time to time. Collection, storage, access to and dissemination of
employee personal information will be in accordance with privacy legislation.

Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement

You will be required, as a condition of your employment with the Company, to sign the Company’s
standard Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement.

Employment Relationship and Termination Conditions

Employment with the Company is for no specific period of time. Your employment with the
Company will be “at will,” meaning that the Employer reserves the right to terminate your services
at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, and without incurring any liability or obligation,
except for the payment of any accrued salary or benefits up to the date of termination.

Any contrary representations that may have been made to you are superseded by this letter
agreement. This is the full and complete agreement between you and the Company on this term.
Although your job duties, title, compensation, and benefits, as well as the Company’s personnel
policies and procedures, may change from time to time, the “at will” nature of your employment
may only be changed in an express written agreement signed by you and a duly authorized officer
of the Company (other than you).

If you at any point or stage during your job tenure after signing this offer letter wish to resign you
must complete a mandatory 4 weeks’ notice period to receive your pending salary / dues.

If for any reason whatsoever, you quit your job without a 4-week mandatory notice period, the
company shall not be liable to pay any pending dues.

Interpretation, Amendment and Enforcement

This letter agreement supersedes and replaces any prior agreements, representations or
understandings (whether written, oral, implied or otherwise) between you and the Company and
constitutes the complete agreement between you and the Company regarding the subject matter
set forth herein. This letter agreement may not be amended or modified, except by an express
written agreement signed by both you and a duly authorized officer of the Company.

You may indicate your agreement with these terms and accept this offer by signing and dating this
agreement appended beneath, agreed by both parties.
