- A SCADA system is used to monitor a remote network. A SCADA system allows

 vital processes. By monitoring this, companies can quickly respond when there
are problems within their network.

Machines to ERP/SAP system without any manual intervention with real time
bases.

SCADA Systems…
Chemical Mixing and Storage System

• It is fully automatic chemical mixing and storage system. It contains units like
Dosing, Mixing and Storage etc.
• Complete cycle of operation is pre-defined in recipe and it is customize.
• Different amount of chemical will be loaded in mixer and mixing can be done
as per desired time. After mixing, chemical stored in storage to perform next
mixing cycle.
• Batch stop and manual functionality is given to add chemical manually during
mixing.
• Popup alarm system given for proper diagnose.
• Batch data is logged in .mdb file and can be viewed in SCADA as well.
• Batch data is also logged in .csv file. Month wise different .csv file generated.
