Caratte packing whenever & wherever required we do it free of cost. But any damage during transport is not
our liability

 Transportation & others – Extra As actual

 All the PRICEs are in Indian Rupees.

 GST/Any other local and central levies shall be charged extra as applicable.

 Payment – 100% advance payment along with confirmed order.

 Warranty – The instruments supplied shall carry warrantee of 1 year from the Date of Delivery or
Installation whichever is earlier, against manufacturing defects only (excluding Glass parts).
Vaccumatic items like fuses, lamps, bulbs, heaters etc. are not covered under warrantee. Any damage
resulting due to mishandling/accident by the user is not covered under warrantee
 Delivery – All the products are in SEMI-READY Condition with us. We start finishing job for specific
material against confirmed order with payment. Delivery after 3-4 weeks after payment.

 Installation – Most of the products are PLUG-PLAY System. We provide warranty certificate, Instruction
manual with the machine. Also we provide 24 x 7 – Hotline customer support. Further if on-site
installation/demonstration required is chargeable as per below –

Product features:
Water Softener works on the Ion Exchange principle, and is used along with Quartz
or Glass distillers. The Water Softener (Product CODE: DUWS) prevents the
accumulation of sludge (i.e.deposits of Calcium and Magnesium salts that make the
water hard) & Iron related hardness will prevent by product CODE : DUFE .Tap water
/ borewell water is introduced through the inlet and softened water is drawn at the
outlet. The softened water is sent into the Boiler of the Distillation Unit. The Unit can
be recharged again with a saturated solution of Sodium Chloride. The output is based
on 100 ppm input hardness as CaCo3.During regeneration, 10 litres of sodium chloride solution is passed
through the Water Softener gradually, for 1 hour.The Feed water to Distilled water plant should be less
than 60ppm of TDS. In most cases, the TDS will be around 400ppm. Hence, we recommend you to use the
Water Softener after testing TDS in your laboratoy
