RE: TERM 4 EXAMINATION SCHEDULE, SETTLEMENT OF OVERDUE SCHOOL FEES &


OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Dear Parents/Guardians/Students,

Greetings of Peace & Good Health!

Time flies and Term 4 exams are here for this academic year.

Term 4 Examinations have been scheduled to start on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 and will wind up on
Wednesday , June 5, 2024. Please see attached schedule of examinations for your child.

May I also reiterate that in this letter we have set these specific guidelines for our students to uphold and
follow during the entire duration of the Term 4 examinations.

1. HONESTY must be observed at all times during the examination days.


2. All materials needed for the day’s test must be ready on the table: calculator, pencils, black and blue
pens, measurement tools, continuation booklet, A4 sheets or lined papers with A4 size.
3. All students must USE black or blue pen only. Pencils are for specific instructions like
diagramming/graphing
4. All students must be in complete school uniform from Monday to Friday.
5. All students’ names must be completely written and in CAPITAL LETTERS.
6. Special review classes maybe conducted after the day’s scheduled subject/s.
7. A retest may be given upon teacher’s discretion if a student got a relatively very low score or failed
in this term examination.
8. Once caught cheating it would mean ZERO for the term 3 exams grade.
9. On the examination days, students only need to come to school for the examination. Students may
go home directly after they finished their examination or opt to join special review classes.
10. Students must come on time on or before 7:15 in the morning every day.
11. No extra time will be given for late comers.
12. There will be no CCA during the exam period.
13. We ask for your assistance to supervise and help your son / daughter to study at home so the best
result can be achieved.

Please settle the May SPP fee prior to the first day of the exams.
