RESPONSIBILITIES

 Receive Ticket information from help desk

 Reproduce error as per instructions obtained
 Request additional details, if necessary, through L1 Team
 Analyze root cause of error
 Escalate the request if out of scope of Support Group
 Monthly Reconciliation activities for plant wise monitoring
 Devise optimum solution for the fix
 Test the fix on development/staging environment
 Test other conditions that could possibly be affected by the fix
