DATACENTER OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 Maintain infra uptime as per MSA(measurement system analysis)/KPI'(key performance indicator)s
by ensuring Site automation, alarm and CM/PM compliance.
 Monitoring of diesel consumption trends, review beat plan, and conducting RCA to optimize energy
costs across sites
 Conversion of No EB to EB sites , rectifying EB faults and regularization of Average EB bills
 Monitoring site operations, proper key management, site-security, asset monitoring and safety and
site upkeep & hygiene, identify gaps against audit checklist in order to ensure quality assurance
and site audit compliance by periodic site visits.
 Process implementation for various Operation & Maintenance activities
 Spares planning and Inventory Management.
 Preparing and reviewing for planned and breakdown maintenance activities.
 Ensuring timely certification of bills review, validate and conduct RCA(root cause analysis) on
abnormal bills to resolve outstanding issues, ensure processing of bills as per the defined
SLA(service level agreement) to optimize OPEX(operational expenditure)

gear,250 TR Chiller and 33/11KV sub station, other infra equipment’s like UPS,PDB , AHU,CCTV.
 Responsible for Shift technician beat plan, on-site support, vendor management and Ensuring of
equipment’s PM /CM compliance.
 Co-coordinating with various stake holders like Network Planning team, IT Team for expansion and
optimization of Data center capacity, performance.
