Answer to the Question no:1

Total Impedance (Zt)= (10< 0°) / (0.984< −27.87°)Ω

=10.16< 27.87°Ω
From steps 5,6 & 7,
The Amplitude of the voltage source is 10V
The phase difference between the voltage source& current is 19.26°
Amplitude of current = 0.972A
Impedance, Zc = (10<0 / 0.972 <- 19.26°)Ω
=10.28< -19.26°Ω
Comparison:

Theoretical value LTspice Measured value

10.16∠ 27.87 Ω 10.28∠ -19.26°Ω

Answer to the Question no:2

Theoretically calculating RMS values:

I(R) = 0.984 /√2 = 0.695V

V(R)=8.87 /√2 = 6.27V

V(L)=6.18 /√2 = 4.16V
V(C)=1.59 /√2 = 1.127V
Comparison Table:

Signal Theoretical value Measured value

I(R) 0.695A 0.687A
𝑉(R) 6.27V 6.2278V
V(L) 4.16V 4.185V
V(C) 1.127V 1.290V
Answer to the Question no:3

The complex power consumed in the circuit,

S = (1⁄2)VmImcos(∆θ) +j(1⁄2)VmImsin(∆θ)
= {0.5× 10 × 0.984 × 𝐶𝑜𝑠(19.26°)} + {j(0.5× 10 × 0.984 × 𝑆𝑖𝑛(19.26°)}
= 4.92<19.26 VA
Answer to the Question no:4
Power Dissipated By the resistance P= I𝑚2 R/2
= ( 0.9842 × 9)/2
= 4.35 Watt
Comparison Table:
Power Dissipated By the Resistance Real Power
4.35 Watt 4.64 Watt

Answer to the Question no:5

Phase difference =360*100*(2.548) *10^ (-3)

=91.728°
Blue signal is leading
Conclusion:
Through this experiment, we have gained valuable insights into simulating a basic AC circuit
using LTspice. Additionally, we have honed our skills in generating plots and traces showcasing
different impedance variations, as well as extracting pertinent values from these visual
representations. Our meticulous approach ensured accurate calculations and deliberate selection
of parameters throughout the experimentation process.
