I want to be a software engineer simply because it is role that I’m extremely passionate
about, and also one I get immense job satisfaction from, especially when I get to see
first-hand positive contribution my works makes to the organization I’m working for.
If you hire me, I will not only work hard to deliver consistent positive result but I will also
use my developing, researching, analytical and technical skills to help the company
continually thrive and develop.

Now because we spent so much time at work, I only want to work in an environment
where I feel I am continually moving forward and developing.
I’ve spent some time to researching your company before applying for the role and I
was impressed with what I saw.
It is evident that you have positive workplace culture, you encourage your stop to be
best they can possibly be, and you allow everyone to contribute to the success of the
business.
How would you deal with the member of your team who disagreed
with the work you carried out as a software engineer?
I have lots of experiences as a software engineer, and I feel that work I produced is to a
very high standard. Having said that, I am also aware when I do work as a part of a
team.
It’s very important to listen to other people, as they may have valid contribution to make.
And on that basis, I would certainly be open to listening to why they failed work I was
carrying out could be altered or improved.
At the end of day, we are all working for same organization, if that means changing the
way I do things for the benefit of the team goal, I will certainly do that.
Tell me about a time when you work as a part of team to solve the
complex tasks?
Then I can decide which task to work on first or whether I need to reach out to my team
for extra support.

How would you describe the pace at which you work?
I usually work at a steady pace. If I work too quickly, I don’t pay attention to details,
which might mean mistakes.
I understand at what times of day I work better at different tasks, for example, I am most
creative in the mornings.
That’s why I prefer to do discussing tasks and ideas early in the day. then I can do more
mechanical activities in the afternoon.
Organizing my time well means I almost always finish my projects before my deadlines.

For example, If I have too tight deadlines for many tasks, I make a priority plan to use
my time effectively.
Other strength include my creativity, for example in my last role I recommended to my
manager that we should implement new customer reduce facility on our website as this
would help trust between the business and the potential customers.
Finally, I'm a loyal and dedicated person.
So if you hire me, I'll represent your business in a positive way.
I'll stay working here for the long term and you will always be able to trust me with
important duties and responsibilities safe in a knowledge. They will be done to exacting
standards.
Another biggest weakness is that I don’t yet how much experiences talking in front of
large group of people. So I am not very confident at presenting.

So if there are any opportunities within this role, and within your company to help me
develop skill then I would certainly be open to that.
I’ve reached my full potential there and I want to work for your company, where I felt I

In addition to the skills needed to succeed in this position, I speak 4 languages and
have lived in different countries.
This will give me a unique ability to effectively collaborate with your company's wide
range of diverse clients.
I reached out to potential clients in new markets abroad and secured several new deals,
which helped the company expand.
I'm not afraid of challenges. I see them as opportunities, and I know how to use them to
motivate others.
I now realize accepting it would’ve been a great development opportunity that could
helped me advance my career.
Since then, I’m more confident and ready to take on new challenges. that’s why I am
pursuing a role at your company.
What was the last mistake you made, what did you learn from it?
I was sending an important email with confidential information to one of my teammates.
I was rushing, and instead of sending the email to them, I sent it to another person with
the same last name.

Luckily, I was able to cancel it and unsend, Now I always make sure to check who I’m
sending important message to.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to finish on time. I failed, but it pushed me to learn strategies
to prevent delays.
I learned to plan my work efficiently, keep track of my progress, and identify potential
issues to address them quickly.
Actually, that's not the last step. At the end of a process, it's good to see if we can learn
any lessons for next time.
