OPEN RANKING FOR TEACHER I POSITIONS IN
JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL
1. __ Relative to the existing hiring guidelines for teaching positions, DepEd Order No. 7,
s. 2015 re: Hiring Guidelines for Teacher I Positions Effective School Year (SY) 2015-2016
this Division, calls for the submission of new applicants for Junior High School Teacher I
position.
2. All interested and qualified applicants may start to submit their pertinent
documents together with the Omnibus Certification and Veracity of Documents at the
nearest school available not later than March 15, 2023, with proper labels inside the long
brown envelope indicating with the applicant’s name and the specific position being
applied for.
3. Enclosed is the Omnibus Certification and Veracity of Documents for your perusal
and guide.
4. English Proficiency Test (EPT) shall be scheduled by Bureau of Education
Assessment (BEA), to be announced. Those applicants who have taken EPT must include
their EPT results in their application.
5. For those applicants who applied in the previous division ranking, may consider
their application provided that the said applicants should expressed their intent to apply
by submitting letter of intent in accordance with the SDO’s call for applicants and
updated credentials and application documents, if any.
6. _ The School Screening Committee (SSC) must forward the verified documents of
applicants at the Personnel Section on or before March 17, 2023.
7. The deployment of the teacher will be based on the need of the school.

8. Failure to submit the application of documents on the stated date will
automatically be excluded in the selection process. Additional documents shall not be
accommodated after the said deadline.
