Subject: YORK Chiller Access Manager Installation Instructions

GENERAL
YORK Chiller Access Manager is a feature that provides secure access to YORK chiller control panels. Users
download the YORK Chiller Access Manager app, create an account, and use the app to generate dynamic access
codes. This feature provides owners control of, and visibility to who is operating, maintaining, and servicing their
chiller, ensuring protection of an asset that is critical to facility operation. For JCI, this feature provides the ability
to protect certain features in the control panel just for JCI use, and it allows JCI service to see who logged in and
made changes to the panel for enhanced troubleshooting.
When upgrading the chiller software or changing the micro-board to YORK Chiller Access Manager (YCAM)
you will need to follow the procedure listed below.
STEP 1: The YORK Chiller Access Manager Support team in your region will have to set up the chiller asset in
YORK Chiller Access Manager Platform before you can proceed. If in North America, follow the below steps be-
low to access the Pronto Form.

In other regions, reach out to your YCAM JCI Support contact and have relevant chiller and
equipment owner information ready. If you don't know who your YCAM JCI Support Contact
is, reach out to the following:
APAC - [email protected]
China - [email protected]
EMEALA - [email protected]

1. Log onto Pronto Form App Go into “FORMS” folder Navigate to “YCAM-Private Key Request” form.
2. Fill out the entire form and submit.
3. Email will be sent notifying you the asset is setup and private key is generated.
