REVISED LOCAL COMPREHENSIVE REPORT FORMAT
1. INTRODUCTION AND GENERAL ASSESSMENT
“I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart. I will tell of all your wonderful deeds. I
will be glad and rejoice in you. I will sing the praises of your name, O Most High”
(Psalm9:1-2, NIV)
This report covers the period from 1st January, 2023 to 30th June, 2023. It contains major
activities and information in line with the church policies and practices.
2. ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
We wish to express our profound gratitude to the Almighty God for His protection, guidance
and grace during the period under review. We also wish to commend the unflinching support
of our District minister, Pastor Eric Mensah Kwabena Gyabere and his beloved wife (Mrs
Sarah Adwoa Mensah) which has brought the local assembly this far. Special commendation
is also made to our District Executive members, the entire local presbytery and church
members for their various support and contributions throughout the reporting period.

5.1 The Local Church
a. Teaching Sessions (annual theme)
Special teaching services were organized during midweek meetings in line with the
theme for the church. These teachings cut across family life, relationships, tithes and
offerings, holiness, spiritual gifts, integrity etc.
b. Gospel Sundays. A total of 6 souls were won during our various gospel Sundays.
c. Holy Spirit Baptism. 3 Sessions with 13 Holy Spirit baptism
d. Designated Local Assembly Prayer days
- Sunday evening from 6pm to 7pm
- Prayer chain once every two months on Saturday
e. Retreats and Training programmes for officers and members
- Weekly prayers for Officers every Wednesday dawn (Virtual)
- Monthly Officers Meeting on Saturday preceding Lords supper (half day fast)

5.3 The Counselling Ministry
- A three member counseling committee was instituted.

a. Teachings/Seminars/Retreats on Marriage and Family Life- 6 Seminars. 6 New marriages
were blessed.
5.5 Evangelism and Church Planting
- A total of 13 souls were won with 8 being baptized in water.
5.6 Chaplaincy Ministry
Chaplaincy to the needy and less privileged
5.7 PENTSOS and Community Transformation
Church members in SHS and Tertiary were given some cash donations to buy
some petty provisions before going to small. Amount paid ranges from 20 to
30 Ghana cedis per person.
One church member was supported financially in the payment of school fees
Special Donations were made to needy members in smaller communities

8. SPECTACULAR EVENTS
- 6 New marriages were blessed within the period under review.
- 2 members testified of getting very attractive employment packages as a result of
the faithfulness of God after prayers.
- A number of prophetic songs were received to confirm our covenant with God
during the year.
- By the grace of God Elder Benjamin Kyere, the presiding elder successfully
passed the National ministerial interview and medical screening as candidate from
Tepa Area and has now been scheduled for Bible School.
9. MINISTERIAL VISITS
We were blessed to enjoy 4 visitations from our District pastor.
10. PROJECTIONS ACHIEVED
A new keyboard was acquired through the sacrificial giving by members
Fixing the 3 metal gates of the church auditorium.
Instituting a weekly prayer meeting for officers and leaders
Breaking grounds at a galamsey site to win souls for Christ
A systematic plan for shepherding
By the grace of God the local assembly was able to acquire her own electric
meter for the church building.
11. CHALLENGES THAT NEED THE ATTENTION OF LEADERSHIP
Financial constraints to expedite the on-going church building project
Inadequate Logistics such as microphones, projector, etc
Partial and dual membership of most our members thereby affecting their
commitment to the local assembly
Busy schedules of most of our officers
Inability of our partial members to fully integrate into joint services because of
the local language.
12. PROJECTIONS FOR THE ENSUING REPORTING PERIOD
- Intensifying prayer meetings
- Intensifying shepherding and follow-up on backsliders
- Buying more plastic chairs
- Fixing the windows and washroom of the church.

- Intensifying Holy Ghost baptism sessions
- Acquiring a mobile money merchant line for the payment of tithes and offerings
13. CONCLUSION
The period under review saw the achievements of many feats for the local assembly
such us increase in tithes, offerings, souls, church attendance, new marriages, child
bearing, commitment from members and voluntary giving. May the name of the
Almighty God be forever praised in Jesus’ name-Amen.
