‫ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺮﻳﻒ ﺍﻻﺟﺮﺍﺋﻲ ﻟﻠﻤﻘﻴﺎﺱ‪ :‬ﺗﻘﻴﺲ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻷﺩﺍﺓ ﻣﺴﺘﻮﻯ ﺍﻟﻘﻠﻖ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺮﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻋﺮﺍﺽ ﺍﻟﻘﻠﻖ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ‬
‫ﻭﻣﺪﻯ ﺍﺳﺘﻤﺮﺍﺭﻫﺎ ﻭﺷﺪﺗﻬﺎ ﻭﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻷﻋﺮﺍﺽ‪ ،‬ﺍﻷﻋﺮﺍﺽ ﺍﻻﻧﻔﻌﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻌﺮﻓﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻠﻮﻛﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻼﺋﻘﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺠﺴﺪﻳﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻤﻤﻴﺰﺓ ﻻﺿﻄﺮﺍﺏ ﺍﻟﻘﻠﻖ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﻌﺎﻧﻲ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻳﺾ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﻗﻞ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﺴﺘﺔ ﺍﺷﻬﺮ ﺍﻷﺧﻴﺮﺓ ﺣﻴﺚ ﺗﺘﻤﺜﻞ‬
‫ﺍﻷﻋﺮﺍﺽ ﺍﻹﻧﻔﻌﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺗﺮ ﻭﺍﻹﻧﺰﻋﺎﺝ ﻭﺳﺮﻋﺔ ﺍﻟﻐﻀﺐ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻟﺸﻌﻮﺭ ﺑﺎﻟﺨﻮﻑ ﺑﺪﻭﻥ ﻣﺒﺮﺭ‪ ،‬ﺃﻣﺎ ﺍﻷﻋﺮﺍﺽ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺮﻓﻴﺔ‬
‫ﻓﺘﺘﻤﺜﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﻔﻜﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﻜﻮﺍﺭﺛﻲ‪ ،‬ﺗﻮﻗﻊ ﺣﺪﻭﺙ ﺍﻷﻣﻮﺭ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺌﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺮﻛﻴﺰ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﺳﺘﺒﺎﻕ ﺍﻷﺣﺪﺍﺙ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﻟﻐﺔ‪ ،‬ﺃﻣﺎ‬
‫ﺍﻷﻋﺮﺍﺽ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻮﻛﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻼﺋﻘﻴﺔ ﻓﺘﺘﻤﺜﻞ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺪﻡ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻤﺘﺎﻉ ﺑﺎﻷﻧﺸﻄﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﻘﺪﺭﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﺮﺧﺎﺀ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻠﻮﻙ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺘﺠﻨﺒﻲ ﻟﻸﺣﺪﺍﺙ ﺍﻟﻀﺎﻏﻄﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺎﺟﺮﺍﺕ ﻭﺗﺪﻫﻮﺭ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺎﺕ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﺩ ﻭﺍﻵﺧﺮﻳﻦ ﻭ ﻛﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺎﻛﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﻨﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺎﺋﻠﻴﺔ‬
‫ﻭﻏﻴﺮﻫﺎ‪ ،‬ﺍﻣﺎ ﺍﻷﻋﺮﺍﺽ ﺍﻟﺠﺴﺪﻳﺔ ﻓﺘﻈﻬﺮ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺗﺮ ﺍﻟﻌﻀﻠﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﺸﺎﻁ ﺍﻹﻋﺎﺷﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﺼﺒﻲ ﺍﻟﺰﺍﺋﺪ‪ ،‬ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺑﻨﻮﺩ‬
‫ﺗﻘﺎﺑﻠﻬﺎ ﺑﺪﺍﺋﻞ ﻣﻮﺟﻬﺔ ﻧﺤﻮ ﻓﺌﺔ ﻣﺮﺿﻰ ﺍﻟﻘﻠﻖ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ‪ ،‬ﻓﺌﺔ ﺍﻟﺮﺍﺷﺪﻳﻦ‪ ،‬ﺣﻴﺚ ﺗﻤﺜﻞ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﺍﻟﻜﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺤﺼﻞ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﺴﺘﻮﻯ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻘﻠﻖ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ‪ ،‬ﻳﺤﺘﻮﻱ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﻴﺎﺱ ﻓﻲ ﺻﻮﺭﺗﻪ ﺍﻟﻨﻬﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ‪ 58‬ﺑﻨﺪﺍ‪ ،‬ﻣﻌﻈﻤﻬﺎ ﻋﺒﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻳﺠﺎﺑﻴﺔ ﻣﺎ ﻋﺪﻯ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺎﺭﺓ ﺭﻗﻢ)‪-9‬‬
‫‪ ،(52-32-11‬ﺍﺗﺖ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺳﻠﺒﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﻣﻮﺯﻋﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻻﺑﻌﺎﺩ ﺍﻻﺭﺑﻌﺔ ﻟﻠﻘﻠﻖ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ ﺑﺤﺴﺐ ﻧﻮﻋﻴﺔ ﺍﻻﻋﺮﺍﺽ) ﺍﻟﺒﻌﺪ‬
