Table equipments, Ceremony equipments, certificates; medals etc); to make fixtures; to form

During : To coordinate with different committees for smooth conduct of the tournament;
checking of Performa and players, authentic age; to handle immediate problems; to deal with

The prime work of Organizing committee is to do all the Planning work for the success of the

2. Technical Committee
Pre Work : To do all arrangements over the playfield as technical requirement like
score-sheet, official table equipments of the game.

Timekeeper duty; to fill score-sheets, to check the scoreboard as per score-sheet, etc. to

Headed by Chief Official and Officials like Referees, Umpires, Judges, Time-keepers etc.

3.Finance Committee
Pre Work: To get details of approximate expenses under various headings and make Budget
accordingly; to get approvals and sanctions from higher authorities; plans for raising funds
by sponsorship etc.
During : To provide funds for purchase of sports equipments, stationary, medals, certificates
etc; to collect funds for meals from the teams, accounting and managing the expenses etc.
Post Work: To maintain records / bills of purchase, payments etc; to prepare exact financial
report of the tournament.
Works under Organizing Committee. Their prime works are to make Budget, its approval and
its sanctions; managing purchase, payments to officials, accounting; raising funds by
sponsorship for tournament.

4.Registration Committee or Reception Committee


Pre Work : To arrange all required details of tournament; to get the schedule fixture details;
to be enquire and aware of boarding and lodging rules; to check team details well in
advance; transport requirements etc. and inform it to the concerned.
During : The first interaction of the teams is done by Reception Committee where reporting
teams are informed about tournament schedule; their stay arrangements and other important
information is provided.; hard copy of eligibility Performa of the teams are collected and
checked; collects the payments of meals, security amount, etc.
Post Work: To check and refund the security amount to the teams, to handover the
certificates to the departing teams.

5. Accommodation Committee or Boarding and Lodging Committee


Pre Work: To get the details of the out-stationed teams and their boarding and lodging plans;
to arrange the equipments like beddings, pillows, bed sheets etc.; plans for the good meals
to the teams and official.
During : This committee manages the comfortable stay of out-stationed teams; to provide
good meal for the teams without disturbing their match schedule.
Post Work: To collect and return the borrowed equipments.

6. Award Committee or Ceremonial Committee


Pre Work: This committee handles the opening and closing ceremony; arranges the required
equipments; recreation program, decoration of pandal/ stage/ arena, etc.
During : This committee manages the guests, officials during opening and closing ceremony;
ceremonial welcome and speeches; prize distribution, etc.
Post Work: To return the equipments.

7. Publicity Committee or Press and Media Committee.


Pre Work: To inform media and press about the tournament; to inform press about dignified
guests.
During : To make daily report for press notes and coordinates with media persons,

8. Certificate Committee
Pre Work: To collect certificates from the Organizing Secretary; get instructions regarding
