C. Educational Philosophy
The school has adopted an educational philosophy or statement that identifies and clarifies its beliefs, values, and understanding of T.I.P. education. The educational
philosophy is as follows:

a. Course Description
The course has been introduced as a prerequisite for advanced digital electronics. It starts with the review of
digital systems, number systems and Boolean algebra, then emphasis on the Boolean expression simplification
and Gate-level minimization. Practice problems and laboratory activities provide competencies necessary in
analyzing and designing digital systems/subsystems using logic circuits and switching theories.
