Checklist for noting the name of new buyer

Notarized photocopies (To be verified from original). Kindly arrange to


Submit all the papers as given below for us to proceed with name change formalities.

1. Notarized photocopies (To be verified from original)

A. Flat / Plot Buyer's Agreement


B. DLF Sale Deed
C. Subsequent Sale Deed
D. General Power of Attorney (if any) and confirmation stating the GPA is
still valid and has not been revoked.

2. Bank attested signatures of Buyer & Seller

3. Proof of identification of Buyer & Seller in the form of:


- PAN Card and Aadhar Card in case of Indian Resident
- PAN Card and OCI Card in case of Non-Resident/NRI

4. Affidavit (original) attested by Executive Magistrate confirming the sale of


Apartment / Plot, as per format.

5. Service Charges Rs.23600/- per New Sale Deed Draft has to be made in
favour of DLF Ltd.

(For EWS cases Rs.1200/- per new sale deed)

6. Indemnity Bond (original) to be attested by First Class Magistrate.

7. NOC is required to be obtained for clearance up to date of maintenance


Charges

8. In case of BANK LOAN please provide the bank letter (LOD) confirming that
the original documents are lying with Bank.

9. In case of COMPANY we would require PAN card, MOA, Board Resolution,


List of directors, bank attested signature verification and ID of (authorized
signatory/director/employee) who is executed sale deed and name change papers.

10. For PARTNERSHIP FIRM- PAN card, deed of partnership, consent of partners,
signature verification of partners and their ID proof.
(On a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- and attested by an Executive Magistrate)

INDEMNITY BOND

The Indemnity Bond is made on this _____________________________ day of _____________ 2007 by Shri
_____________________________ s/o. ________________________ R/o.
_______________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the successors , assign and legal
representative of the One Part, in favor of M/s.DLF Universal Ltd., (Now DLF Limited) , a Public Limited Company
incorporated under the Companies Act, 1965, having its Registered Office at DLF Qutab Enclave, Phase-I, Gurgaon
(hereinafter referred to as the “Promissee” or “Company”) which expression in so far as context admits shall mean and
include its successors and assigns, of the “Other Party”.

WHEREAS the Promissor(s) represents that he has purchased the Plot No.____________________ from
Mr.____________________ (hereinafter referred to as the allottee) who was allotted the above plot by the Promissee
vide allotment letter dated __________________________.

WHEREAS the Promissor(s) represents that the allottee has sold the above plot to the Promissor vide sale deed dated
_____________________.

AND WHEREAS the Promissor(s) has submitted photocopies of certain documents which he represents and warrants
to the Company that the same are correct documents and they are the true copies of the originals.

AND WHEREAS the Promissor(s) has requested the Company to record transfer of the above mentioned plot on the
basis of the documents and their representations given by the Promissor(s) and the Company has agreed to accede to
the request of the Promissor relying on the representations of the Promissor(s).

Now in consideration of the aforesaid premises and of the Company agreeing to record the transfer the Promissor(s) do
hereby jointly and severally, irrecovably and unconditionally undertake to indemnify and to keep the Company
indemnified at all times against all liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including legal cost and counsel’s fee) that the
Company may suffer or likely to suffer because of recording the transfer of the above plot in the name of Promissor(s)
or in matter connected thereto . The Promissor(s) do hereby undertake to pay the amount forthwith without any protest
or demur all the sums that are demanded by the Company and its written demand.

That the indemnity shall be continuing and irrevocable and be binding on the heirs, representatives, successors,
nominees and assigns of the Promissor(s) above named and shall remain in full force, effect until the Promissee
expressly discharges the Promissors from their obligations herein.

be responsible for the same.

VERIFICATION: Verified that the contents of the above affidavit are true and correct to the best of
my/our knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed therein.
