Notice
It is hereby informed to all B. Tech (IT) students that in the context of establishment of a
Computer Society of India (CSI) student chapter, students need to pay amount ₹350 to the Department,
which will be deposited to CSI. It is crucial for students to have access to a platform that encourages
collaboration, skill development and networking in the field of computer sciences.
The Key reasons for establishing a CSI student chapter are mentioned below:
• Skill Development: The CSI Student Chapter will organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to
enhance the technical skills of our students, keeping them abreast of the latest developments in the field.
• Networking Opportunities: Our students will have the chance to connect with peers, faculty members,
and industry professionals through various events and activities organized by the CSI Student Chapter.
• Industry Exposure: The chapter will facilitate guest lectures, industrial visits, and interactions with
professionals, providing valuable insights into the industry.
• Projects and Competitions: Students will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects, participate in
coding competitions, and showcase their talents in hackathons, fostering a culture of innovation and
creativity.
• Career Guidance: The CSI Student Chapter will offer mentorship programs, career development
sessions, and resources to guide students in their career paths within the field of computer science.
