This Non-Disclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on April 8, 2024, between Deeshen Shah,
the Fouder of Le Us Digest and Vishwas Mishra (the "Intern").

1. Purpose: The purpose of this Agreement is to protect con den al and proprietary informa on disclosed
by the Company to the Intern during the Intern's tenure at Le Us Digest.

2. Con den al Informa on: The term "Con den al Informa on" refers to any and all informa on, whether
in oral, wri en, electronic, or other form, that is disclosed by the Company to the Intern during the Intern's
internship period. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, technical speci ca ons,
algorithms, datasets, and any other proprietary informa on related to the development of the machine
learning algorithm for waste detec on.

3. Non-Disclosure: The Intern agrees not to disclose, directly or indirectly, any Con den al Informa on to
any third party without the prior wri en consent of the Company. The Intern shall use the Con den al
Informa on solely for the purpose of performing du es related to the development of the machine
learning algorithm for the machine learning development of Le Us Digest.

4. Ownership: All work product, including but not limited to machine learning algorithms, datasets, code,
and any other intellectual property developed or created by the Intern during the internship period shall be
the exclusive property of the Disclosing Party.

5. Return of Materials: Upon termina on of the internship, or upon request by the Company, the Intern
shall promptly destroy or return to the Disclosing Party all materials, documents, and other tangible items
containing or rela ng to the Con den al Informa on.

6. Termina on: The NDA may be terminated upon breach of this agreement. Upon termina on, the
Receiving Party shall promptly destroy or return all copies of the Con den al Informa on to the Disclosing
Party as requested by the Disclosing Party.

 7. Dura on: This Agreement shall remain in e ect for the dura on of the Intern's internship, which shall be
for a period of 3 months star ng April 8, 2024, and shall survive the termina on of the internship.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Maharashtra Jurisdic on.

9. En re Agreement: This Agreement cons tutes the en re understanding between the par es concerning
the subject ma er herein and supersedes all prior agreements, whether wri en or oral, rela ng to the
same.

By signing below, the par es acknowledge their understanding and agreement to the terms stated herein.
