The sports meet enters its fourth day, and the children's enthusiasm remains
undiminished. Today is the last day of competition, the final opportunity to showcase
themselves. Even at the last moment, the children continue to give their all, facing
difficulties and failures without fear. They have learned teamwork, friendship, and the
spirit of perseverance, all of which are precious treasures bestowed upon them by the
sports meet. As the sports meet comes to a close, every child feels a sense of growth
and accomplishment, learning more and growing more from the experience.
February 2nd
Today marks the conclusion of the sports meet, with the school holding the closing
ceremony to draw the curtain on this exciting competition. During the awards
ceremony, each team receives due recognition and encouragement. Regardless of their
achievements, every child has reason to be proud. With cheers and laughter, the
children bid farewell to this unforgettable sports meet, carrying with them more
expectations and confidence for the future, ready to embrace new challenges. This
sports meet not only allows them to experience the joy of sports but also teaches them
the importance of teamwork and perseverance, which will become valuable assets on
their life journey.

Today is Monday, and the students are preparing for the Frile trip dance. It's my first
time seeing the children perform a dance in the style of the Philippines, wearing
school uniforms and red scarves around their necks. The boys are gentlemanly,
holding the girls' hands, while the girls gracefully sway their skirts to the music's
rhythm.

Today, early in the morning, we prepared to depart for the camping site. Although not
far, the students were all excited, eagerly pulling their small luggage. Upon arrival, we
were allocated dormitories. To my surprise, I found myself sleeping with 12 male
students from my class. The children excitedly opened their suitcases, and the
dormitory instantly became messy. I made efforts to have them organize their
belongings, explaining the importance of tidying up. Most of the children complied,
displaying good manners and education.
In the afternoon, the children were divided into different teams for various activities.

Our team went to the swimming pool first, and I followed. Unfortunately, I slipped
and fell in the pool, but it was refreshing due to the scorching sun at the campsite. In
the afternoon, the children also engaged in other activities, such as learning to weave.
In the evening, the dormitory remained noisy. I attempted to request to sleep with the
girls, but was refused. Despite this, I persevered in accompanying the students, and
eventually, after finding a hat hanging on a tree, we fell asleep exhaustedly.
February 7th
Today is the second day of camping, and we had a barbecue outdoors. The children
were excitedly cooking delicious food themselves, which was a very enjoyable
experience. In the evening, each class performed their own programs, and parents
came to watch, cheering for the children's participation in the activities and games.
Despite the dormitory remaining noisy at night, I continued to cope with the situation.
After requesting to sleep with the girls was rejected, I felt disheartened but tried my
best to manage.
February 8th
Today is the last day of camping, and we went hiking outdoors. In the beautiful
sunset, we admired the magnificence of nature. Suddenly, a dog appeared in front of
us, causing a bit of panic. The teacher bravely stood in front of the students,
protecting them. Finally, we returned to school safely, tired but satisfied.
February 15th
Today in science class, students learned about the effects of nature on the wind. They
simulated weathering phenomena in the sandbox outdoors, using cups to contain sand
and straws to simulate wind blowing. Through hands-on operation, they had a more
intuitive understanding of weathering phenomena.

This morning, our interns went to a nearby Thai school to teach English to children
with no prior knowledge. Although there were communication difficulties, we used
body language and patience to help the children understand. The children were very
serious and cooperative, making it a meaningful experience.
February 19th
Today is the day to collect forms for the Fire trip. The teacher strongly urges every
student to participate. In math class, the teacher taught about weight, demonstrating

The concepts using scales and balances to help students gain a more intuitive
understanding of weight.
February 20th
Today, I conducted grammar teaching, covering the content of linking verbs for
second graders. By rewarding students who answered questions, I successfully
motivated them to actively participate in class.
February 21st
Originally planned for a field trip, however, I was coughing severely the night before,
barely getting any rest. At five in the morning, feeling extremely tired, I had to call
the teacher to request a sick leave. However, as I didn't inform in advance, the teacher
was upset, reproaching me for my lack of responsibility. Feeling aggrieved, but to
avoid giving the teacher a bad impression, I decided to go to school to participate in
the field trip. We visited the botanical garden, science museum, and pottery museum,
with each place enriching the students' experience. Upon returning to campus, I
helped with organizing items, and eventually, the teacher apologized to me,
explaining her concerns. I also realized that the safety of the students was her top
priority.
February 22nd
Today in science class, the teacher led the students in making a volcano. They used
clay to shape the volcano and placed a small bottle inside, simulating a volcanic
eruption by adding chemicals. The students were engrossed in the experiment, and
when they saw the volcano erupt, they exclaimed in amazement. This experiment
allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of the principles and phenomena of
volcanoes.
February 27th
Today marks another day of teaching for me, but unlike before, I feel a sense of relief.
Previously, I always felt immense pressure during classes, worrying about my
language expression, classroom management, and the satisfaction of the head teacher.
But today, I finally feel a bit relaxed because I can control the pace of the class, and
the students are more cooperative.
February 28th
Today, seventh-grade students came to our class to tell stories to the younger students.

They brought handbooks they had drawn themselves, telling stories with care, guiding
the younger students into wonderful worlds. I saw the older students patiently
communicating with the younger ones, showing mutual assistance and care, which
made me feel very warm.

As February comes to a close, I realize the growth and gains I've made during this
time. In teaching, I continue to learn and improve, striving to overcome difficulties
and enhance my abilities. I deeply understand the challenges and rewards of the
educational journey, and I will continue to work hard, contributing to the growth and
development of the students.
